The complex of Costa degli Ulivi has a private descent to the sea wich via a short walk through the Mediterranean vegetation accesses a private rocky bathing area with crystalline waters. With Sardinia's cool breeze on hand, life itself feels facilitated; the height location of the apartment and its proximity to the sea, permits to the local breeze to cool even the hottest July and August days and nights A private open car parking n.16 F and a common tennis court. Just 15 minutes driving you will find the most beautiful Sardinian beaches as : Spiaggia Liscia Ruja, Il Principe, Razza di Juncu, Cala Brandinchi etc... Many recreational and sporting activities can be organised at the Marina di Portorotondo, including yacht and speed boat hire, boat excursions to la Maddalena Archipelago, Palau, San Pantaleo.The climate allows to have a very long summer seasons , from April to November , with very mild winter . The heat of summer is refreshed by the frequent Mistral wind.
