Casa Toscana is a magnificent and enchanting Tuscan Villa set on large grounds in one of the most picturesque and famous regions of Italy - near the splendid medieval Tuscan city of Siena.
With the cosy villa providing a beautiful setting, it allows you to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family or friends - up to 10 people.
The impressive garden complete with Swimming Pool and BBQ is perfect for taking time out and lounging about while sipping on a bottle of local wine while children play.

Notes on prices
The price includes electricity/gas/heating costs, cleaning of the house at the beginning and end of your stay, your consumption of water (for shower and washing, etc), towels and sheets (2 week stay includes changing of towels/sheets at beginning of the second week), internet access.
Changeover day
Check-in: Saturday from 3pm onwards.
Check-out: Saturday before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
In the low season you are welcome to ask for other days as check-in and check-out!!

In one of the two living rooms, there is also a comfortable double sleeping couch. |

4 bathrooms. Three of the bathrooms are en-suite, the fourth one is an extra bathroom with tub. |

Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher. The kitchen is well equipped and you will find everything required for you to cook your favourite dishes. There is also an American coffee machine. |

Seating for 10. The well furnished dining room with a romantic fireplace is a pleasure to eat in and is integrated into one of the two living rooms. |

Satellite TV, Radio, CD System. The second living room has also internet access and DVD. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Included in the price is the initial and final cleaning, if you stay more than one week, the Villa will be cleaned every Saturday. Up to your use there are towels and linen. |

Outside
The grounds of the Villa (200 qm / 21.500 square yards) are made for maximum relaxation in the company of birds and squirrels:
In the upper part of the garden you will find tables and seats making romantic outdoor dinners possible under the Tuscan sky during summer. A barbecue is also available for use.
The lower part of the garden contains the in-ground swimming pool, which is situated next to a large expanse of green lawn complete with ancient Tuscan well. Comfortable banana lounges are provided alongside the pool, which is a perfect place to soak up the sun while children play.
This part of the garden contains many flowers, fruit trees and a little pine wood.
Coast/Beach
Within one hour by car, you reach the fantastic sea of Tuscany. There are many romantic beaches in this area, which is called "Maremma".

Travel
Coming from Florence:
>Motorway A1 “Milano – Napoli”.
>Exit “Firenze Certosa”.
>Take the highway (“4 corsie”) “Firenze–Siena”, direction Siena.
>Do not take any exit of siena, and follow the direction to “Grosseto” (S223).
>Take the exit “S. Rocco a Pilli”.
>Follow the street and go through “S. Rocco a Pilli” until you come to a traffic circle: Continue to go straight.
>Turn left at the crossroad “CARPINETO – BARONTOLI”
>Keep driving on the main road until you find the second street sign
Distances
’Casa Toscana’ is only a few minutes from Siena, 1 hour from Florence and 3 hours from Rome. Within 5 minutes you can reach the tiny Tuscan village of “San Rocco a Pilli”, where there are restaurants, banks, supermarkets and all other services you may require.
Further details
We are sure you will never forget the tasting excursions in Chianti, the land of wine and olive oil as well as the most important events in Tuscany - such as the famous "Palio di Siena".
You can bike ride, walk, go horseback riding or enjoy excursions in Siena, Florence Montalcino, and Pienza.
If you want to it would be a pleasure for us to organize tours to cellars and oil-presses or trips to the hidden jewels of Siena.
There is also a Spa-Center nearby (2km).
Booking notes
Once you did your reservation, we kindly ask you to do a bank transfer of 30% of the whole renting amount (as an deposit) within one week.
The other 70% you pay with your arrival at the Villa.
