The property is the big palace, the beautiful common saloon and veranda, the pool and the original farmhouses into the large park as complete independent dependances with external private area outdoor. Views of tobacco and sunflower. The farmhouses furnished with period pieces and the fireplaces from the Seicento. The sinks are the stone lavandini of the original dwelling, the shelves in the kitchen are the original tables which the contadini placed their bread from the wood-fried ovens. The stone walls are plastered, the pavement and ceiling are in the original old terracotta tiles with wood beams. The family who lives in the antique villa is the depositary of the rural history of Morra. The apartments, 100m2 each, are adapted to receive groups or family groups but the farm holidays are ideal for the single couple too. Accommodations with complete kitchen (self catering): BBQ, gas hob, refrigerator, electric oven. Automatic gate. TV, cots, highchair can be made available. Laundry.

Changeover day
Check-in flexible low middle season. Usually Saturday in Tall Season(unless otherwise agreed upon,contact owner!) from 4pm - 9pm. Check-out (usually Saturday in High season) before 10am. Possibility on request of booking only 2 or 4/5 nights in total.

Unit 1 Granaio (3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4/6)

The Granaio(2max 6 sleeps) is the typical apartment with the original details of the country house: elegantly decorated and furnished with period pieces, original old terracotta tiles, stone walls are plastered, three large double bedrooms one very large bathroom with shower, large living room with sofa, ancient fireplace from the Seicento(17th century), complete kitchen-room (self catering). Farmhouse dating from 1882, is about 100 meters. Private and large area outdoor with external table, large umbrella and barbecue. All the apartment is on one floor without internal/external staircases. It's ideal for the family with children. One very large bathroom with shower. This accommodation has a more private internal area outdoor in the property as a garden-terrace. It has three double bedrooms, located in one floor, adapted to receive guests with disabilities.

Unit 2 Apt.Ziraio (3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4/6)

The Apartment 'Lo Ziraio' (4/6+1 sleeps), has three large bedrooms in total two large bathrooms with shower; farmholiday dating from 1882, has two double bedrooms, one with two single beds or twins beds, the other bedroom with a French bed (a more little matrimonial bed). The third bedroom very large has a double bed (matrimonial bed as 'baldacchino' in the large bedroom) and a single bed. In this large bedroom it's possible to add another single bed and to have two single beds. After, there is a (matrimonial) further sofa bed in the Living area too (as one large room with the internal cooking corner). The apartment is 100 square metres in total. The apartment is reached via an internal staircase and is in located one floor. The exit of Apartment Ziraio is exactly in the middle of the long and principal wall of the property, near the common spaces and the pine grove.

Unit 3 Apt.Fortebraccio (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 2/5)

The Fortebraccio (2/5 sleeps) is a complete independent ancient farmhouse, elegantly decorated and furnished with period pieces, original old terracotta tiles, stone walls plastered. Two very large bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. It is in total about 80 meters. This farmholiday is on the border between the property (position nearest the pool area) and the little place of the village (shops, services. Private area external in front of the pool's garden (large umbrella, external table, barbecue) directly in the garden area. Two large bedrooms: a simple matrimonial bedroom (or double bedroom) and a very large bedroom (as a saloon) with high original ceiling where are a double bed or matrimonial bed with a single bed. Baby cot. Original stone and wood beams, this accommodation has an ancient internal original staircase. One bathroom with shower and a complete kitchen room (self catering). Fire place and rooms furnished with period pieces.

Notes on accommodation
Each farmhouse is completely independent and fully equipped kitchen , with independent entrance, large fireplace where it's possible to cook too and fully equipped kitchen (self catering) with gas hob, refrigerator, electric oven, washing machine in the common laundry. Possibility to iron and possibility wi- fi in the reception. Television. Fresh rooms as a typical detail of farmhouse. Private external area for dinning outside, bbq, local oil and wine directly from the nearest farm.
each apartment has an independent and single heating with counter. Baby cot or high-chair can be provided on request at no extra charge. Bedding, towels and table cloths are provided in every apartment. There is a beautiful dependence with the external veranda opened in the park with the ping pong table. The Complex (borgo) constituted from the farmholidays is into a private park, long walls, common spaces and little baby park and and a common dependance with fresh and common patio.
There is in ancient park where it's possible to walk along the avenues and the old pine grove in a big lot of acre grounds. Green common space in the external area of the Palace near the principal Church of Morra's town: the final part of this historical church is into the property.
The beautiful and large swimming pool (6m wide x 15m long) private service for the guests who live in the property, which is maintained to a high standard of cleaning, including the pool.
There are plenty of recliners, tables and parasols around the pool. Each farm holiday has a private external area outdoor with garden furniture (external table, mobile barbeque, chairs and beach umbrella). Automatic gate at the last of the principal wall. Coast/Beach
Lake Trasimeno is about 55km from La Terrazza sul Macchietto's Agritourism; fishing, watersports, bo at trips to the islands, lovely beaches, visits to Passignano and Castiglion del Lago's city. Sea: less than 1+1/2 hour by car from the property. Adriatic coast - approximately 90 minutes away.
Mediterranean coast - approximately 180-210 mins away.

Golf
20km in Lerchi near Città di Castello. Several golf courses with easy reach at only 40 minutes Antognolla's centre of golf.

By Air: The nearest Airport of Sant'Egidio (Perugia) 45km /35 mins by car. Currently Ryan Air fly from Stansted to Perugia on Sun,Mon,Wed,Thurs and Fri mornings. As there are hardly any other flights into Perugia the transfer is always speedy. Other airports to consider are Bologna, Rimini and Ancona who are all about 2 hours away. Pisa and Rome are about 2.5 hours Airport of Florence 130km. Airport of Fiumicino (Roma) 220km.
The car is essential.

Guest comments
This beautifully restored location is in a tranquil small town yet is close to many other major cities of great variety and interest. It is easy to get to Morra by car and we enjoyed walking the surroundings and could get all our groceries. We enjoyed excellent meals at the nearby restaurant "Il Bosco" when we did not wish to cook. The pool was a great delight in the heat, although the views accross the fields in the valley below kept us cool and unhurried as well! All in all we would like to stay in this lovely location with our charming hosts again soon (Sue T. South Africa).

Une très belle propriété dans le village rural , au bout d' une vallée tranquille de tabac. La maison est très agréable, meublée avec goût dans la tradition de la région. La piscine est très vaste et lorsque l'on se baigne on est entouré par les belles collines de l'Ombrie . Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, font tout pour que le séjour soit le plus agréable. About the owner
My husband was born in the property and his family lived always in the property since 1400. I come from Perugia but I immediately fell in love with the wonderful sweeping views (tobacco and sunflower's acres, the mountains with forests of oak and chestnut), with the farm,the place's history and the green country side.We married in the little chapel of family fifteen years ago and we have one child. We like to be devoted to the campaign's life and make known everything best that we loved in this area :the wonderful paradise,an ancient place where we lucky live. I and my husband worked in last years to the original farmhouses completly renovated and confortables. The village of Morra is famous fororiginal frescoes of Luca Signorelli in San Crescentino's church and the Romanic Pieve.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The property was nearby the village of Morra (not too long) and with easy access from a good road on the border between Tuscany and Umbria (only 5 km) . The borgo of farmhouses, the villa, the chapeland the common dependence with the external veranda opened in the park is completely private with long walls,the old pinegrove and the meadows acres of grass for animals and without however, being too isolated from services, groceries and shops ..you can listen from the pool's area in the peaceful of the park the birds sing and sometimes the bells from the church ,the life of the rural villages:the community is friendly with the traditional rural parties in the countryside.
