Notes on accommodation
The garden is secure and very safe and private and surrounded by flat lawn flat so perfect for childen. There is a wooden swing. The pool is within easy visibility of the house. No fence.
Accessibility
Yes on the gorund floor - there is a double bedroom with a shower room and wide doors. The house however is not arranged for wheelchairs.

All pool and garden furntiure is included, large covered lit loggia, pizza oven, well tended, hedged, mature garden, pool 5x8m private, large drive area with old olive trees, outside separate utility room, fenced in dog kennel.

The owner is a chef by trade and will come in to do cookery demos - and special occasion dinners/lunches. His speciality is fish but he has a broad range of culinary expertise. We can arrange all kind of guided activities including terkking or walking in the mountains which is suitable for children over 6. Quad biking in the Sibillini mountains. Cookery Courses. Tours of historical sites - churches - art treasures which abound in the area. Painting courses. Horse Riding. The guide speaks perfect Engish and is fully insured.

Sant Angelo nearest town has a small, very good supermarket. 2 butches, 3 veg shop, bank, chemist, papershop, jewellers, 3 churches, 3 bars, 3 restaurants although it's very small and very old and beautiful it's a buzzing little town at the right time of day.
Booking notes
To confirm booking we ask for 1/3rd of the total booking fee. 9 weeks before arrival the remainder is due along with the breakage deposit.
