Casa l'Aquila Bianca is a unique villa perched amongst the rocks with the sea surrounding it on 3 sides. Inspired by a clam shell the single level has 4 double bedrooms. 3 with bath/shower and 1 with shower room. The living room and dining room link the whole house together with the entrance, the kitchen, the breakfast terrace and the outdoor terrace. The kitchen has dishwasher, electric oven, 4 gas hobs, coffee machine, toaster and blender. There is also a washing machine. Outside there is a private sunbathing area, a rooftop terrace with stunning 360 views of the area and there is private gated parking for 2-3 cars. The house is located at Costa Serena next to Porto Rafael on the Punta Sardegna which is part of the Costa Smeralda. Nearby towns include Palau, Porto Pollo, Capo d'Orso, La Maddalena and Arzachena with Porto Cervo under an hour away.

Notes on prices
All charges/rates are included in the price and we have someone to meet you at the property and the beginning of the holiday and take the keys at the end. They may also be of assistance should you require any help during the your stay. We require a 30% deposit to confirm the dates you require and changeover days are on Saturdays. To confirm a booking we will need your address and how you would like the bedrooms arranged. Then we can email the confirmation, invoice and contract that will have all the details you need to confirm the booking. Due to the unique position of the house by the sea and amongst the rocks we recommend that children are 9 or above. Please ask for more information.

Notes on accommodation
Due to the position of the house amongst the rocks and the proximity to the sea we recommend that all children are over the age of 9. This is because there are no security barriers around the house. There are various points around the house where young children should not be left unsupervised due to drops of 1-5 metres. However the absence of barriers creates an open connection to the beautiful outdoors around the house.

Location Information: Porto Rafael and the surrounding area on the Punta Sardegna is surrounded by turquoise blue water, hot sun and breath taking views in all directions. The large towns in the area are Palau and La Maddalena which have a fine selection of places to eat, drink and shop any spare moments away. There are public beaches, hidden beaches, beautiful bays, places to walk, run, ride horses, windsurf, dive, views of Corsica across the straights and the archipelago de la Maddalena has plenty of small islands to visit by boat.
