The villa is situated in the village of Olia Speciosa, at a short distance from the highway to Cagliari (56) km southbound and Arbatax (70 km) northbound, 5 km from the shores of Costa Rei area which offers a vast choice of pristine white sand or granite rock breathtaking beaches and clear blue water as well as all main activities: diving, swimming, sailing, horse riding, excursions to the islands, etc.. Within 300m distance from the house (5 minutes walk): pharmacy, bank, post office, supermarket, pizzeria. All facilities thought for the comfort and well being of our guests: air conditioning (cold/warm) in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dish washer, towels and linen provided.
