Accommodation comprises 5 bedrooms - 4 double and 1 twin, 3 bathrooms, two sitting rooms, one with woodburning stove, and a large kitchen. Stylish and comfortable interiors. The terrace has a table to seat 12 in the shade with genuinely stupendous views of hills and mountains.
The secluded farmhouse is approached via a private road or ‘strada bianca', and the nearest neighbour is 500 metres away. The house not overlooked, and is surrounded by open fields on three sides and on the fourth by a hill. The grounds are roughly 2 acres of lawn with cypress and olive trees. The swimming pool is 12 x 6 metres, slightly set away from the house and is surrounded by a paved area and grass which is ideal for sunbathing. Under the oldest oak tree in Le Marche you will find the coolest spot for a siesta. The picturesque medieval village of Palazzo and the hilltop town of Arcevia are minutes away. Fantastic food is available at the local agriturismo restaurant within 10 minutes walk.

Booking notes
Payment of £500 required to confirm the booking. Full payment 8 weeks before arrival, with a £500 damages deposit, which will be returned after the property has been inspected on the day of departure. Cancellation within 4-8 weeks 50% of rate refunded, within 2-4 weeks 25% of rate refunded, and less than 2 weeks – no refund.
