This apartment is characterised by walls rich colours and ceiling beams in that create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, modern styling and essential furnishing. The entrance door opens directly on to a delightful lounge facing a well appointed, modern kitchen (equipped with microwave oven, freezer, toaster, kettle, etc.). A utility room leads on to an elegant, spacious bathroom with shower. The door to the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the lounge. This bedroom can be furnished with a double bed or two single beds to suit the needs of guests. The master bedroom also provides access to a single bedroom and two small but cosy attic rooms, each with a single bed.

The “Silvia Suite” is sure to impress for its unique character and for the charming view that the lounge offers over Saint Mark’s Basin. Access to the apartment is through a hall with a characteristic, Venetian red floor. The entrance hall leads on to a wardrobe on the left and, straight ahead to a welcoming and functional bathroom with shower. The main room is divided into two areas: a dining area, incorporating a well appointed, modern kitchen (with microwave oven, freezer, toaster, kettle, etc.) and a dining table that can be extended as necessary to suit the number of guests; A lounge area with a large, comfortable divan that converts quickly and easily into a double bed. A short staircase leads up to an attic room with two single beds, overlooking the lounge below. The window offers a pleasant view out over the roofs of Venice.

Location Information: The flats are near the lively and characteristic Via Garibaldi in one of the most unchanged, typical areas of Venice, adjacent to the two main “Biennale” exhibition centres (Giardini and Arsenale), within easy walking distance of St. Mark’s Square and of numerous other places of artistic and cultural interest. As they are located in a side street and near a garden, the flats are in a very quiet position. Nearby there are numerous restaurants where you can enjoy traditional dishes to the accompaniment of background music, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets, baker's and chemist's shops, banks and much more besides. The flats are near the 'Giardini' and 'Arsenale' water bus stops and are therefore easy to reach whether you arrive by car, train or plane (direct connection from airport). The 'Giardini' and 'Arsenale' stops are served by all the main public transport lines. From the flat, you can therefore easily reach any part of the city and its splendid islands.
