The flats are near the 'Giardini' and 'Arsenale' water bus stops and are therefore easy to reach whether you arrive by car, train or plane (direct connection from airport). The 'Giardini' and 'Arsenale' stops are served by all the main public transport lines. From the flat, you can therefore easily reach any part of the city and its splendid islands.
