Our villa is just 4 m from Ostuni and 8 km from the nearest beach (10 mins drive). You can book Ryanair flights to either Bari (1 hour's drive) or Brindisi (25 minutes drive). The villa is very peaceful and secluded, situated at the end of a tiny lane. If you like good food and delicious wine, this is the place to come. There are many lovely restaurants in Ostuni itself, but there are also some real gems in the surrounding towns and villages. The villa boasts a wonderful pool 14 x 7m complete with diving board and internal lights. However, if you like swimming in the sea, there are plenty of sandy beaches nearby.

Notes on accommodation
Pool is fully enclosed but it is deep and children would need close supervision at all times. Pool is open from mid May to mid October. Guests may use roof terrace but entirely at their own risk. The steps are difficult for the elderly or for children. The villa is strictly Non Smoking please.
Outside
Garden, pool area, additional area with olive trees and a wide variety of fruit trees. Large private pool, patio area around pool, garden/pool furniture, BBQ.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach 8 km /10 minutes by car. Variety of beaches to choose from including some where facilities can be rented - loungers, toilet facilities, undercover parking, showers etc.
Travel
Bari - 1 hour. Brindisi - 25 minutes. Ryanair or BA fly direct.
Distances
Places of interest include Ostuni, Lecce, Torre Guaceto, Grotto Castellano, Alberobello, Otranto, zoo safari park.
Booking notes
Terms and Conditions of Rental
1. Deposit
A deposit of 25% of the total rental is due with the initial booking. Once the booking is confirmed in writing or by email, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Guests agree that the payment of the rental deposit will signify that they have read and accepted the terms of rental.
2. Final Payment
The full balance of 75 % of the total rental is payable six weeks prior to letting.
3. Refundable Deposit
A refundable deposit of £200 is payable.
