A spacious garden is available with tennis-table, gazebo, children playground and barbecue, as well as a wide parking space. The new swimming-pool is very big for the joy of the clients. Clients can take advantages of fruits, wine, legumes and olive-oil produced naturally in the farm holidays.

Near our house you can visit the more famous Trasimento 'Lake and his isle.

The appartment is very spacious (70mq) and our guests can joy of refreshment of our natural country side, also in summer period. More is ideal for cook and our appartment is provided of towels for bathroom and sheets for bedroom. We provide to initial and final cleaning of the appartment. For family with little children we can add a little bed, for more comfort.See in front of the See in front of the Chiusi's lake.Near our house you can visit the more foamous Trasimeno's lake and his isle.

Notes on accommodation
Guests enjoy free use of our garden and can use the private swimming pool. Children are welcomed, and for them there are games in the garden (guests are requested that children remain under parental supervision at all times).
For the guests there is a private-parking inclusive in the price.

Guests are welcome to relax in our grounds and there is a barbecue area. Sunloungers, and umbrellas are provided for relaxation.
On the rear of the property the is a swimming pool very big and the guests can see fields of wheat and vineyards of our property.

10 kms from Lake Trasimeno with its safe shallow bathing and man made sandy beaches equipped with cafes, children's play areas, volleyball. Sun loungers, umbrellas & pedalloes for hire.
Sailing & water skiing also available.
Regular Ferry trips to two islands - retrace St Francis' steps around Isola Maggiore and explore the deserted monastry, admire the ladies making lace and relax in cafe's & restaurants. Learn about the Lake environment & explore Isola Polvese.

Perugia Sant'Egidio is the nearest domestic airport, currently receiving flights from Rome and Milan (although there is talk that a low-cost carrier will begin direct flights from the UK in 2005). Closest international airports are Pisa, Florence, Rome, Bologna. Driving time is approximately 90 minutes from Pisa and Florence, 2,5 hours from Rome and Bologna.
