The apartment is in lovely quiet village on top of a hill in the Chianti area from which it dominates a landscape of olive and grape plants and woods. The village is in a WWF Cypress protect area. The structural characteristics of a typical country village has been scrupulously maintained, creating a typical and unique atmosphere of the past. The old part is the tower dated 1100 B.C There are two large parking at the village and there are no cars in the small streets, except that the loading / unloading baggage. At guests' disposal and shared with the other inhabitants of the village have a fully enclosed pool (12x6m max deep. 1.50m) and a tennis court (enclosed) in cement. In the property is accessed via 1.7 kilometres of gravel road in excellent condition, only the last stretch near the village is particularly steep and a sign to the side of the road recommends using the first gear.
