Notes on accommodation
The dining/tasting room is the meeting point of La Distesa, where the breakfast is served and local food products can be tasted, where guests can listen good music, read a book or see Satellite TV while enjoiyng the wines that we produce. Independent heating is included on winter. We also have free internet Wi-Fi connection.
Outside
Swimming pool 5x10m from May to October with deck-chairs. Very big garden all around the property. Big terrace with barbecue and tables. Private parking.

Sandy beaches in Senigallia 40 Km (40 min by car).
Stone beaches in Conero National Park 45 Km (60 min by car).
Golf
Golf club at Conero National Park, One hour by car from the property.

Horse riding (with courses for children) at 8 Km.
Wine tasting (with visit to cellars and vineyards) courses.
Wellness programs by request (turkish bath at 15 km, thermal bath at 10 km, body massages and shiatzu at La Distesa on reservation).

Car hire highly recommended at airport.

Cupramontana village 3 Km, Jesi 15 Km, Frasassi caves 10 Km, Gubbio 60 Km, historical cities of Assisi, Perugia, Urbino, Macerata at about one hour from La Distesa by car.

Emergency services available in Jesi (20 minutes).
Booking notes
We request a deposit of 20% of the total amount of the fee. On departure day we ask for the rest of the fee plus extras and final cleaning (20 Euros per apartment)
