Zoca D'Oli is a sought after location set on the mountain side of Sala Comacina and is an ideal base from which to explore Lake Como. Como itself has a micro climate, providing Mediterranean summers and mild mountain winters. Sala Comacina further accentuates the quality of this climate and is best known for the production of olive oil along with its neighbouring village of Lenno, where one of the most northerly produced olive oils in Europe can be found. This luxury apartment boasts panoramic views of the Lake and of the historic Isola Sala comacina. The apartment is ideally situated to access all parts of the lake. There are many place to visit - for example the world renowned Villa Carlotta with it's internationally acclaimed gardens or the Villa Balbianello at the top of a peninsula where the movie James Bond (Casino Royal) was filmed, the village of Bellagio (the pearl of Lake Como) with his restaurants and boutiques. Alternatively just relax and enjoy the view.

The apartment is ideally situated for Milan's 3 airports, all serviced by most major scheduled and budget airlines form the UK. Linate 1 hour 30 mins. Malpensa 1 hour. Bergarmo 2 hours.

Menaggio 15 mins. Belaggio 30 mins Car and ferry. Como City 30 mins. Milan 1 hour 30 mins. Lugano 1 hour.

Further details
Nearest supermarket is only 5 minutes drive away, although there are local shops can be found in the village.

Booking notes
£250 breakage deposit is required at the time the final balance is due and will be refunded in full within 3 weeks of return provided that there is no damage to the apartment. An additional £150 is also payable at this time for final clean and laundry. 50% of the fee is due on booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. Non smokers essential. Refunds will be given for cancellations of up to 8 weeks before departure - thereafter no refund will be made.
