Corte Ferrari is welcoming and beautifully refined, situated in the heart of Moniga del Garda, surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and of course the wonderful Lake Garda. We are perfectly located, with the town centre and its bars, restaurants, pizzerias and shops only a 1 min walk away. 5 mins walk are the shores of Lake Garda where you will find lakeside restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours, tennis court and boat hire. Only 5 mins away on foot, during the summer, you can get ferries to go all over Lake Garda. And if you want to stay even closer, then relax around our beautiful swimming pool and enjoy the stunning lake views. By the way if you have a car, inside the residence, protected by a gate, there is also a car park, a shared BBQ facilities with shared tables and chairs for our guests. Corte Ferrari is ideal for groups of people!

These two 2 bedroom apartments are well sized (80 sq.m.) and located at the first floor and top floor.
When you get inside what will you strike is the stunning panorama that you will be able to enjoy from the kitchen and living room.
Wooden beams throughout and air-conditioning, the living room has an incorporated kitchen and dining area, thanks to the semi arches window frames, it will look like being on a terrace.
The living area seats 4 - 6 people comfortably, and has a TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with oven, hob, fridge, sink and so on - everything you need to prepare your own meals.
There are two bedrooms and one shower room.
Bedroom 1: has a double bed. Bedroom 2: has a bunk beds or 2 single beds.
The shower room has a sink unit, wc, and bidet. Washing machine.

 


Outside
All the apartments overlook the swimming pool - ideal for parents to keep an eye on the kids! The pool is shared between the 14 apartments in the residence, and has plenty of space to relax. There are sunloungers and parasols for use. There is also a childrens's play area close by.

Coast/Beach
Our residence is only 5 mins walk away from the fantastic beach, where you can swim, scuba dive, windsurf and even hire a speed boat!

Golf
There are a 3 quality golf-courses near Moniga del Garda, the closest being 5 minutes away.

Travel
Nearest airports to our residence are Brescia (Ryanair) 45 mins, Verona (BA) 60 mins and Milan Bergamo (Ryanair) 80 mins. Nearest railway station 15 min is in Desenzano del Garda.
You can stay at Corte Ferrari also without a car, small shops are not too far,there is a bus stop, you can call a taxi or to use the ferry.
If holiday means relaxing by the pool, having some nice dinners in the restaurants, then you can avoid to hire a car. If you want to visit the area, we suggest to hire a car.

Distances
The railway station and motorway A4 are only 20 mins away. You can take the train or drive to the following places: Venice (169 km), Milan (130km), Verona (50km) and Mantova (60km).

Further details
The centre of Moniga del Garda is dominated by the medieval castle, which nowadays contains homes. As well as its historical value, Moniga also offers excellent facilities including a bank, post-office, and tourist information office. The surrounding area is known as The Valtenesi and is an area dominated by terraces of olive trees and vineyards. The region is dotted with castles, villas and small villages and is renowned for its olive oil and wine, especially Chiaretto and Rosso! Make a tour of the local countryside renting a bike in a local shop. Or take a short stroll to the beach where you can swim or hire a boat (rappydrive). The south of Lake Garda has plenty for all the family to see and do, so why not take a trip to Gardaland, the largest theme park in Italy or one of the many water parks (Caneva, Alto Mincio) or botanical gardens (Parco Natura Viva, Giardino Sigurtà). There is plenty to do if you love water sports and we even have golf courses close by. Moniga del Garda is also an excellent base if you want to take a day-trip to Venice, Milan, Verona and Mantova. Why not visting Il vittoriale in Gardone or 'Santa Giulia Museum' in Brescia? and to relax yourself, you can spend one day at the Aquaria in Sirmione: the best spa of the area is only 20 minutes from Moniga del Garda!

Booking notes
All prices include full use of all of our facilities including the swimming pool. All bed linen and towels are provided, free of charge and water, electricity; gas and air-conditioning are included in our prices. The final cleaning on departure and laundry of linen and towels is also included. To book, contact me via email and I will confirm availability. 30% deposit is to be paid when booking and the balance 4 weeks before arriving.

We are a young couple working in the tourism business since 2004. We always try to do our best to fulfill our guests' needings and make their holiday unforgettable.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Our family bought this property in 1931. In 1996 Corte Ferrari' s roof fall off. We looked in each other eyes wondering: do we sell or restore? We choose to restore, as we realized that we were so lucky to live in such a paradise. We wanted other people to share this marevellous experience!

Unique benefits of the property
The property is in a central location and have views over the lake which others can only imagine. Town center is only 50 meters and lake 400 meters. Dogs are allowed as in front of the property there are olive trees and vineyards where you can have a relaxing walk.
