Extremely peaceful & relaxing location yet close to shops, supermarkets & superb restaurants & pizzerias. Excellent for wildlife.

Notes on prices
Rental terms and conditions will be provided upon application but rates start at £750 per week at off-peak times and £1,750 at peak times. A minimum deposit of £500 will be required upon booking. This will be retained against damages and loss of keys and returned following return of keys.
Cost of central heating/hot water is included in prices.

Swimming pool is salt based rather than chlorine based. 4 pool-side loungers are provided. There are two terraces, upstairs and downstairs, each with outdoor dining facilities, seating 6 at each table. The house has central heating as well as 3 wood-burning stoves. Wood is provided.

Location Information: Sucineta is a small hamlet located on the slopes of Monte Amiata in Southern Tuscany. Situated in spectacular countryside on the edge of the Val d'Orcia valley, an antidote to the stress of City life. The area is famous for its San Giovese wines and Montalcino, the home of the Brunello wines, is 30 minutes away. Other local attractions include the hot springs of Bagno Vignoni and San Filippo and the medieval hilltowns of Pienza and Montepulciano. Siena, the majestic City of Art, is an hour's drive away and Florence, 2 and a half hours. The nearest towns for shopping are Castel del Piano and Abbadia San Salvatore, each about 20 -25 minutes away, although local supermarkets can be found nearer to hand at Vivo d'Orcia and Seggiano. Lovers of contemporary sculpture may wish to pay a visit to the gardens of Daniel Spoerri nearby in Pescina. The coast is about an hour and 20 minutes away and boasts some of the best beaches in Tuscany at Ansedonia, Castiglion della Pescaia and Punt'Ala.
