This important historical villa in Noto was built by Prince of Villadorata, whose family owned one of the most extraordinary masterpieces of Sicilian Baroque, the famous Villadorata Palace, whose baroque balconies are praised in every art book. The villa was built in the middle of 19th century as a summer residence of the prince in the higher area of Noto overlooking the whole valley up to the sea. Skillfully renovated by the present owners, the villa stands in a beautiful garden which keeps the original typical Sicilian architecture. In the property there is also a beautiful 14x6m swimming pool.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros. The price includes a three hour daily cleaning service, except on Sundays and holidays, electricity consumption up to 300 kw per week (usage in excess of this limit is payable at a cost of Euros 0.20 per kw), supply of linens and towels.
Changeover day
Changeover day Saturday. Arrival time between 2pm and 6pm.
Departure time by 10am.

| Living Rooms: | Huge drawing room about 120mq large with a central fire place, 5 sofas, 6 armchairs, 2 bookcases and a little writing desk. |
| Other: | At the entrance there’s a winter garden with a Sicilian Majolica table for 10 people. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are included and changed once a week. The price includes 3 hours daily cleaning service, except on Sundays and holidays. On request it’s possible to have an extra cleaning service at 7 euros per hour. |
Notes on accommodation
For safety reasons children under 6 are not admitted, but on parents responsibility. On request you can have a woman cook 25 euros per hour.
For the use of the heating in wintertime (1 October - 30 April) there’s an extra charge of 200 euros per week.
For the use of the air conditioning system from July/August there’s an extra charge of 100 euros per week.
The swimming-pool is open from June - September, you can use it out of season paying an extra charge of 200 euros per week.
On request we organize the transfer from/to the airport by private car with driver at an extra cost of 150 euros or each transfer.

Outside
Outside there’s a typical Sicilian garden, in the west side a beautiful tiled swimming pool and opposite a changing room, a small bathroom and an American bar; in the east side there’s a wrought iron gazebo and an outside kitchen with barbecue and wood-burning oven.
Coast/Beach
You can enjoy the most beautiful beaches of the Island, for example Eloro, Marchesa beach, or Cala Mosca inside the natural reserve of Vendicari at 6km from the villa.
Travel
Catania airport is 86km far. Palermo airport is 238km. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
The nearest village is at 2km. there you can find restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, etc.
Further details
Do not miss the famous and suggestive ‘Infiorata’, a picturesque festival to welcome the spring, which takes place every third Sunday of May, since 1980. Local artists work nighttime to prepare colourful real flowers carpets all over the streets, every year with a different theme. The whole week is animated by concerts, exhibitions and festivals.
Booking notes
To book the house you have to remit a 25% deposit of the total amount through bank transfer. The remaining 75% will be required 45 days before arrival. At arrival you have to pay cash a refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 euros.
