This unique waterfront villa, completely newly renovated, is something really special and unforgettable: it is right on the shore of the lake! A beautiful garden surrounds the property granting privacy to its guests. From the entire villa, terraces, balcony and garden you can admire a wide panorama with stunning views of the lake and the mountains. The house is very quiet and the lake provides absolute serenity, but it is possible to find more life just walking to the main beach of the village, where the locals, the tourists and the windsurfers meet.
Cremia and the Northern part of Lake Como in general, is known worldwide as one of the best spots for sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing. A local wind from South called Breva comes every day in the early afternoon and assures fun for the sail/wind and kitesurf lovers!
In the village, within walking distance from the house, there are few restaurants, pizzerias and coffe bars.

Many beautiful ski resorts in the Alps, both in Italy and Switzerland, are reachable from one to two hours drive: Madesimo, Chiesa Valmalenco, Bormio and St. Moritz, just to give few examples.
Travel
Milan Malpensa Airport 90 km, Milan Linate Airport 100 km, Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport 1 and a half hour drive, Lugano Agno Airport 45 minutes drive.
Ferry and boat pier in Menaggio, 5 minutes drive.
Bus stop 3 minutes walk from the house.
A car is recommended, but not essential. The property has 2 parking spaces.

In Cremia there are few restaurants, pizzerias and coffee bars within walking distance from the villa.
A short 5 minute drive is all it takes to reach Menaggio, where you can find all services with ferry, bus, speed and cruise boat connections, internet point, banks, post office and many different shops.

A deposit of 20% of rental price is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 42 days before date of arrival.
