Located in the Tuscan Tiber Valley, Il Giardino farmhouse holiday accommodation is situated 1 mile from the centre of Sansepolcro, in 17 hectares under cultivation - vegetables, fruits, cereals, chestnuts, also chickens, rabbits, nearby farms with horses, cows, donkeys, pigs, sheep and goats many also be visited. We have a big swimming-pool (16x6 metres), a big play park, bicycles and mountainbike, canoe, football, volley, bowling-alley, ping-pong, satellite TV, barbecue, wood-fired ovens etc.

The swimming-pool 16x6 metres has hot showers, with tables, chairs and umbrellas reserved for each apartment, children have their own playground with swings, slides, roundabouts and paddle-pool, field for ball-games and bowling-alley, bicycles, mount-bikes 30 and 1 tandem, canoe, barbecue, ping-pong, volley place,there is also collection of farm implements and machinery both modern and antique.
