Placed in open countryside, but still only 1km far from a village where you may find groceries and restaurants, our estate is a peaceful location for holidays in full privacy. All the windows have screens in order to protect against insects/mosquitoes. The estate has also a large roofed loggia or veranda equipped with tables and chairs in order to eat or relax open-air. You have also a BBQ area for nice parties. In the villa you do not need air-conditioning because it is very fresh on Summer due to its thick walls, however each room has its fan in case you like to keep more fresh your days and nights. All the villa is a WI-FI Internet area. In the garden surrounding the property there are also sun-beds and many umbrellas. Our guests have at their disposal 2 bicycles for free. Our guests may enjoy in full privacy and exclusively of a private swimming pool placed next to the Villa and the Cottage, from which you may enjoy a wonderful, stunning view on the Chianti hills.

Changeover day
We are flexible regarding the changeover day, however on July-August it is strictly on Saturday.Arrivals are expected on Saturday between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm (but we are flexib.).Departures must be on Saturday mornings, by and no later than 10:00 am.

Private swimming pool: Our guests may enjoy in full privacy and exclusively of a private swimming pool placed next to the Villa and the Cottage, from which you may enjoy a wonderful, stunning view on the Chianti hills. The swimming pool is 11,40 metres long (37,40 feet long) and 5,05 metres large (16,57 feet large). The swimming pool is from 100 centimetres to 150 centimetres deep (from 3,28 to 4,92 feet deep).
BBQ area in the park: the garden/park is equipped with a barbecue area (bricks large BBQ). The villa has also a large roofed loggia or veranda equipped with tables and chairs in order to eat or relax open-air. In the garden surrounding the property there are also sun-beds and many umbrellas.

Booking notes
Bookings shall be considered valid under an advanced-payment of 50% of the total rental amount due. This pre-payment can be made by means of bank transference. The total balance is due on arrival to our place, before the start of rental and it can be paid only cash. On our receipt of pre-payment, we will send the client his booking confirmation, valid for the names and the period written thereon.
