This villa is on small panoramic residential complex and is finished to a high standard throughout with all modern amenities. Tastefully decorated, fully furnished, fitted kitchen, air conditioning, accommodation consisting of living dining room, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and sofa bed, cot also available. Parking directly outside.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover days Saturdays. Check in times are 4-8pm, check out by 10am. (negotiable depending on other bookings)
Check in after 8pm will occur a late charge payable locally , please ask if you need other arrangements.

All linen and towels are included. There is no linen or towel change during occupancy, but can be arranged at extra cost. The final clean/services is not incuded in the price this is an extra 140 euros,includes Beach towels, welcome pack,internet etc. |

Notes on accommodation
The rental cost is based on 4 people sharing, there is a small charge of £50 per person thereafter . The villa is strictly non smoking There are also sun chairs/umberella that can be used for day trips to the beach etc as well as a cool bag and ice packs. Also toys and outside games for children. There is a welcome pack included on your arrival and unlimited internet access free of charge and use of laptop (Please request on booking form).The pool is covered in the winter and is generally open from the end of April untill the end of October
Outside
The villa has a private enclosed garden with panoramic terraces for alfresco dining, fully equipped with barbeque, dining furniture and sun loungers. The pool is cleaned weekly for each arrival (Please note that even in summer if there is wind and rain the pool can get dust in the bottom due to the garden/trees etc). The pool is covered in the winter months and is open from the end of April until the end of October. The pool is not heated.
Coast/Beach
The nearest sandy beach is 5-10 min stroll away, it can be reached either via an underpass. or by an alternative path, A short drive gives you access to some of Sardinia's most beautiful beaches and coastline.
Golf
There is a good golf course at Is Molas about 40 min drive away.
Special interest holidays
Cultural, architectural, historic, sporting, natural beauty/coastline.
The beautiful city of Cagliari with its many designer shops is only 20mins drive away.
Travel
Cagliari the capital of Sardinia is 15km away, approx 20 min drive. Taxis are available outside the terminal building as well as car hire outlets, car hire is recommended. There is a local bus service available, 5min walk from the villa. Easy jet fly Stanstead directly into Cagliari as well as British airways from Gatwick, Thopmsons Jet 2 etc and Ryan Air to Alghero.
Distances
The beautiful historic city of Cagliari is approx 20min drive/15km. 300m walk to the nearest beach. The town of Quartu Sant Elena is 10min drive with shopping malls picture houses bowling alleys etc. Water park 10-15min drive. 5 min drive to the nearest marina with its restaurants and bars.
Further details
The villa is well placed for exploring the south coast and further, as well as the Capital Cagliari with its 10km of sandy coastline, harbour and hisoric centre with many beautiful buildings, cathedrals, amphitheatre, Botanic Gardens, local markets and much more. There are miles and miles of beautiful beaches and Ancient Roman Buildings. There are also two water parks within easy reach.The largest in Italy is only a short drive and is called Diverland(you can get info on it via the web)Restaurants, banks/cash machines, supermarkets are all nearby.
Booking notes
For availability please contact Joyce A deposit of 25% is required to reserve your chosen week{s}.
The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
A £250 security deposit also must be paid seperatly against loss/damages, it needs to be paid a minimum of 2 weeks before arrival and will be refunded 7-10 days after your vacation.
Note: The final cleaning cost (140E ) must be paid at check in, before our representative gives you the keys to the villa,along with any pre-arranged extras.
