Beautiful Piedmontese Farmhouse recently restored with 3 big bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. Linen and towels provided.Big kitchen fully equipped, living room and kitchen heated with pellets stove. On the top of the hill with a view on Mont Blanc, Monte Rosa and Monviso. Close to Bossolasco, Dogliani Alba and Mondově. Ideal for families or small groups, relaxing and quiet atmosphere. A very big garden around and in front of the house.

Towels and linen are included, weekly change is provided. The final cleaning is not included and it is charged separately 100€. |

Notes on accommodation
The location is ideal for relaxing holiday.
The front of the house has a very nice patio with direct access to the kitchen, so you can enjoy nice dinners or lunches. Equipped with sun beds and chairs. Unobstructed views of beautiful countryside all around the house.
Accessibility
The property is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The outside garden is very big and surrounding the hole property.
There is an outside area where you could enjoy your breakfast and dinner admiring the sunset.
Coast/Beach
The beaches are close to here...50 minutes driving and you'll find in the Ligurian coast..beautiful beaches and good food.
Golf
Wonderful 18 holes are within a 15 minutes driving range. The Piedmont is becoming more and more popular for golf.
Skiing
Ski slopes are just 40 minutes by car from our property, Prato Nevoso, Frabosa, you can even practise night skiing during the season.
Special interest holidays
Simona and her husband Giorgio will be happy to provide cooking or Italian courses, it will be their pleasure to come to the house, should you don't feel like moving from this peaceful setting. (just a hint: ask them for special offers). Painting courses, wine tasting and cultural excursion can also be organized to your liking.
For bike lovers we have various proposals.
Travel
Fly to Turin or Genoa, approximately one hour away, or Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate and Milan Bergamo, approximately one and a half to two hours away. There is service to Cuneo Airport during the winter season, too, approximately 45 min away. Car indispensable during your stay.

Booking notes
At the reservation we require 20% via wire transfer.
We ask a deposit of 300€ that will be given back at the end of the stay.
Total amount is required one week before via bank transfer.

About the owner
My name is Philippe, I am French and discovered the Piedmont 6 years ago together with my partner. We immediately fell in love with this region and decided to buy a Rustico, an old stone farmhouse which we have renovated since. I have just finished refurbishing Casa Manzone which our dear friend Simona is managing. She is the one who will be looking after our dear guests. Being from the region, she has a sound knowledge of the area and the things to undertake, and always knows what is going on where. Feel free to ask her for suggestions, she will be happy to give advice or assist you.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
Because nature is still intact here! Everything is authentic and genuine: people, food, even game! The other day, we spotted a group of deer on our property, how gorgeous they were! Every time we come here, we simply forget our busy lives in France to enjoy the simple things life has to offer and which are still abundant here. Living is easy in bello Piemonte! Our favourite season being autumn when the leaves start changing colours, sublime in the everywhere present vineyards.
