Notes on prices
price tarrif includes up to 7 persons, free baby cot available.Extra beds available at £20 each to a max of 9. Linen and towels (not beach) supplied. Extra linen sets will be left if longer than one weeks stay.Extra villa cleaning available on request (paid locally). A welcome pack of local produce plus a meet and greet service from Brindisi airport only can also be arranged. During winter stays fire wood and heating is charged extra enquire for rates. A discount is available for longer lets.

The villa is very suitable for family's with children.
Outside
There is a large covered veranda with patio table, chairs, hammock, sunloungers, outside lighting. The outdoor pizza/bread oven is great for cooking outside using olive wood. There is also an additional barbeque. There is an outside area for preparing food plus outside sink. The fruit from the various different tree's is can be eaten when in season.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is just 1km, it is a beautiful Lido with turquoise water, ideal for swimming and snorkelling. Beach is especially good for children with shallow water and fine gold sand. There is a beach bar/restaurant that sells reasonable priced food and drinks. There are other amenities all along the beach front.

Nearest airport Brindisi 20 mins drive. Nearest port Brindisi 20 mins drive. Car hire is essential.

Nearest town San vito de Normanie 10 mins drive. Ostunie 30 mins drive. Alberobello 45 mins drive. Martina Franca 30 mins drive.

Local restaurant/pizzaria 500m. Local shop/petrol station 500m. Large supermarket 10 mins drive. Local activities available -cycling, fishing, sailing, waterskiing, wind surfing, horse riding, scuba diving, tennis and boat trips.
