Notes on accommodation
The villa is very suitable for families with children.
Outside
There is a large covered veranda with patio table, chairs, hammock, sunloungers, outside lighting. The outdoor pizza/bread oven is great for cooking outside using olive wood. There is also an additional barbeque. There is an outside area for preparing food plus outside sink. The fruit from the various different tree's is can be eaten when in season. Figs/pommegrantes/pears/plums.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is just 5mins drive it is a beautiful Lido with turquoise water, ideal for swimming and snorkelling. Beach is especially good for children with shallow water and fine gold sand. There is a beach bar/restaurant that sells reasonable priced food and drinks. There are other amenities all along the beach front. ask us about the secret local beach (with taverna) when booking...fab kept secret with locals...and free!

Nearest airport Brindisi 15 mins drive. Nearest port Brindisi 20 mins drive. Car hire is essential.

We are situated just a five min drive from little Harbour town Santa Sabina, nearest town Carovigno 8 mins drive, San vito de Normanie 12 mins drive. Ostunie 30 mins drive. Alberobello 45 mins drive. Martina Franca 30 mins drive.

We had the most fantastic 'rea' Italian holiday...learnt a lot about southern Italy while enjoying a truely peaceful quite location...Jo and Andy coulnt do enough to help...we have 4 children...the rustic and child friendly villa allowed us to relax and not worry about brakages etc.our childen just ran free in the land the driveway is a fab place to play games ,while we sipped prosecco on the terrace.
