Outside
There is a 6m x 12m swimming pool with steps leading into the shallow end which is surrounded by natural stone paving and sunken chrome lighting. The landscaped garden which is complete with patio furniture, sunbeds, parasols and BBQ facilities is ideal for alfresco dining and is totally secure for children as it's completely enclosed by walls and has large ornamental gates at the front of the property.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is 7km (7-10 min by car). Naturally golden and sandy stretching for miles along the Adriatic coast.
Golf
There are a number of golf courses nearby and 'The San Domenico Golf' course which is extremely popular lies between the ancient Greek colony (5th century BC) of Egnathia and the small fisherman village of Savelletri. It's southern boundary is as close to the sea as the rocky coastline will allow and there are olive groves to the north. Designed by 'European Golf Design' the course has been constructed to the highest standards with greens conforming to the USGA Specifications. The course is a challenging 18 hole golf course which offers an unforgettable experience for visitors and superb view of the Adriatic Sea from every tee, green and fairway. The course measures over 6220m (6677 yards), has 3 executive holes, a par of 72, Driving-range, putting-green, pitching-green, bunker.

Ostuni in Puglia is one of the most stunning towns of southern Italy. Bathed in sunshine for most of the year its climate is typically Mediterranean with warm breezes that sweep across this ancient landscape with its endless olive groves, sandy beaches lapped by the clean waters of the Adriatic, a wealth of history and well preserved buildings displaying some of the finest examples of Baroque architecture. There is lots of local atmosphere only 5 mins away in the Piazza with excellent restaurants and cafe bars tucked away amongst the well preserved winding cobbled streets. Additionally you are ideally placed for exploring one of the most important Baroque cities In Italy - Lecce 75km away, Alberobello (50km) the delightful Trulli buildings found nowhere else in Italy, the wonderful port of Brindisi (30km) where ferries sail to Greece.
Booking notes
The rates are inclusive of towels, bed linen, final clean, gardener, pool maintenance, all electricity and gas. There is an additional charge for heating during the winter which is charged per meter usage. Confirmation of the booking will be subject to receipt of 30% deposit. Balance payment shall be made 8 weeks before arrival and a refundable security deposit of £200 will be held against return of key, any charges for damages, breakages or extra cleaning.
