La Cavetta is a villa with a breath-taking swimming pool, located only 35 Km from Rome and 5 Km from Trevignano town in a splendid position on a hill that overlooks Lake Bracciano. From here you can easily reach all the interesting sites of the area: Rome and the Vatican City, Cerveteri, Sutri , Viterbo, Tarquinia, Caprarola, the hills of Tolfa and other attractive places such as the beautiful beaches north of Rome or Umbria and Tuscany. Indaco and Porpora are our two independent open-space apartments. They are very elegantly furnished and every single detail was studied to meet our guests' needs. They can be communicating from inside and therefore rented together. Oliver is a very cosy double-bed room with a terrace facing the lake. You will immediately feel at home and appreciate the quietness of our place while relaxing in the pool or drinking a glass of wine waiting for your steak to be grilled on the BBQ. A/C available in all rooms, fitness room available. Total sleeps: 8/10

Indaco apartment (a studio of approx. 45 sqm) has unique ancient-stone floors and is furnished with blue colours. It is composed of a living area with two sofa (one is a queen-size folding sofa bed) and a fully-equipped kitchenette facing the patio and the garden, a night area with a double bed, wardrobes, a bathroom with a large shower. Air conditioning, Sat SKY TV, DVD player and dishwasher are at our guests' disposal. Enjoy your external patio, grill your steak on the barbecue and have a chilled glass of wine relaxing in the quietness of our place! Location Information: Trevignano Romano is a delightful small town which, together with Bracciano and Anguillara, overlooks the clean and transparent waters of lake Bracciano. Founded on a lavic rock, Trevignano is built on the northern side of the lake in a small bay formed by a secondary crater of an ancient volcano. Because of its position the climate is temperate and the whole area is exposed to the sun all day long. Enjoy the sandy beaches and the warm and clean water of the lake! You can also spend some time pleasantly walking around the small medieval borgo before relaxing in one of the many bars and restaurants Trevignano offers along the lake. For those of you who like sports, you can take lessons of sailing, windsurfing or canoeing, play tennis or golf, go riding or try paragliding. Also, at a short distance from our place you can enjoy two ancient spa: the 'Terme dei Papi' in Viterbo and the 'Terme di Stigliano' of Canale Monterano, a village with an interesting archaelogical site.
