The entrance leads to the sunny living room and the small dining room and kitchen.
But what makes La Vista unique is the marvellous panorama you have from its terrace: the nearby Palazzo della Signoria, with its high bell-tower, the Duomo, Santa Croce church and in fact the whole of the historical center of Florence.

Two bedrooms, the first with a double bed, the second slightly smaller has a french size bed, a full bathroom with shower and tub and a cupboard room.
Climbing upstairs there is an attractive attic, with a private bathroom, where there is a comfortable sofabed for 2 people.
The kitchen has a medium fridge with freezer, convection oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glasses & cutlery, pots and pans and basic spices.
The washing machine is in a small room nearby.

The apartment consists of a sunny living room, a kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower and a large and quiet bedroom that can be prepared either with a double bed or with 2 single beds.
A 3rd bed can be prepared in the living room pulling out a sofa.
From the living room you can reach the Loggiato from where you can see the Palazzo della Signoria bell tower.
The kitchen has a medium fridge with freezer, convection owen, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glasses & cutlery, pots and pans and basic spices.
