There is a bedroom with double bed and one bathroom with shower. Outside 2 terraces, one with table, chairs and sofa overlooking the lake of Garda; the small one with 2 chairs viewing the golf course. Sat TV, Hi-fi, heating and air-conditioning system.

Ideal holiday location for a couple or golfers. The Gardagolf residence is entered via an electronic security gate. A private parking (not covered) is provided for the apartment. Unfortunately the accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair users as there is a staircase.

The shared big swimming pool is very close and there are two deck chairs belonging to the apartment and an attendant. There are 2 tennis courts and the 27 holes GardaGolf course.

200 euro deposit payable on booking (via bank transfer) 2 months prior arrival, balance to be paid on arrival; booking will be confirmed via email. Charge includes heating, electricity and gas. Cleaning fee is extra and to be paid directly on arrival (35 euros).
Any cancellation made 3 weeks before arrival is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount; 2 weeks before arrival is 70%; 1 week cancellation fee of 100%
