Apartment in Toscolano-Maderno with breath-taking view of the most part of Lake Garda. Mediterranean Climate and vegetation. Ancient summer place of Romans vacations (Catullo thermals at Sirmione 30km). In Toscolano you find Romans archaeological sites. Near the apartment you have 3km of walk side-lake along Mediterranean park. Organised and free beaches at a distance of 100m. Ferry and boat tours. Near to the centre you find two supermarkets and facilities. 6km from the Golf Bogliaco with 18 golf-holes. 1 Valley at 500m with archeology paper museum and waterfalls.

Swimming pool is 17 mt. per 8 mt, private and accessible only to Giacomo Leopardi Resident' s Guests: (only 7 + 7 flats totally): G. Leopardi' s Residence is a 2nd house residence, so only few residents are usually present. The swimming pool is not heated.
Living external balcony, covered of 15sqm, table and 4 chairs, 2 deckchair, flowers. The relaxing south view is partially the lake and the Mediterranean park with birds. One more balcony with nice landscape view from bedroom with flower.
Coast/Beach
Beaches are only 800m away. There are complete (free of charge) beaches & others accessible beaches: you pay only deck-chairs or beach umbrellas if requested, Snack-bar by the beach. Green park 5000sq.m for beach ball, wood benches and tables are provided for picnics (no shoes, no iron chair or deck chair are permitted, you must come only with food) The parking place for car is big and free. The service of ferry boats and passengers boats for tours on the lake is available at 800 meters.

The flat is located in Toscolano Maderno under the Pre-Alps a lot of ski places are available, I list for you the most common: The best place is Madonna di Campiglio (Ski resorts winter place) on the Alps Dolomiti at 110km distance. Another place Folgaria (Trento province at about 100km). The nearest is Monte Baldo, ski winter place, at 45km. If you cross Garda lake via ferry boat you short the distance about 30km. (you see the ski site from your flat).
Special interest holidays
The apartment is inside one of the best protected Italians naturalistic park called: 'Parco Alto Garda'. You find inside wild animals: roe-deers common, wild billy-goat common, hares very common, the links rare to discover, the badger pritty common in the evening and many more. The most common birds are the cocks (copercallies) and cook (forcello) common. Many falcons: Black kite, White falcon. The eagle-owl is common. Royal Eagles on the mountain Caplone, 1800 mt. easy by car. The ideal place for "Watch bird" and photos and jogging. For cultural turism I recommend: The "Vittoriale" museum of Dannunzio počt. 4 km in Gardone. The romantic city Verona (Giulietta&Romeo) with Romans arena for theatre - lirich exib. at 70m. Venice 160km. Madonna di Campiglio (Ski place) on Alps Dolomiti 110km. Monte Baldo (ski place) at 50km. Gardaland entertainment park for children/adults at 40km. International sailing contest 100 miles.

The nearest national/international airports to Golf Residence le Brede are: Brescia Montechiari, D’Annunzio (50km) 50 minutes by car. Verona Villafranca, Catullo Airrport (80km) 1 hour 15 minutes by car. Milan Linate Airport (140km) 2 hours by car. Milan Malpensa Airport (180km) 2.5 hours by car, and Venice Marco Polo Airport (190km) 2.5 hours by car. The ryanair company offers cheap flights to Brescia.

Ristorante Lido in Bogliaco by the lake 5km from the apt - typical Garda fish, nice dinner with wines, liquors and coffee may cost 30 euros.
Pizzeria everywhere (good Italian std): pizza plus big beer in nice ambient on the lake corniche (walk) are about 15 euros.

I recommend local wine to be purchased at convenient prices to bring back home, at holidays end. I manage security and info for Guests in normal and emergency paths.
