Notes on prices
Prices are per week in Euro and include: water, electricity and bed linen. Final cleaning is 75 euros and is not included in the rental prices.
Changeover day
Changevover day is flexible. Saturday preferably, arrivals from 2pm and departures by 10am maximum.

Notes on accommodation
Comfortable and secluded villa in an elevated position overlooking the lake. The villa is located about 500m from the village centre on the Via Regina, the main through route along the western shore of Lake Como. The villa has a private garage at road level, and there is a staircase rising up to the villa.
In a strategic position to reach Como city, Swiss border and also Menaggio.

Outside
Beautiful private terrace and garden surrounded by maple trees, birch trees and lots of beautiful azaleas in a variety of colours: red, pink, blue and white. In this garden you can use the barbecue and eat outdoors.
Coast/Beach
Argegno's beach is 3 mins from the villa with a lido and pizzeria directly on the lake. 5 mins drive away you can reach Moltrasio Lido (Como direction) or Lenno (Menaggio direction). Both equipped with changing cabins, restaurants and bars. It is also possible to rent a boat.
Golf
The nearest Golf Club is in Menaggio, only 20 minutes drive from the villa.
Skiing
The nearest skiing resorts are Saint Moritz in Switzerland or Bormio in Italy, both with lots and wonderful ski slopes for different sking level. Ski equipment can be rented. These resorts are so beautiful that we recommend you to visit also them in the summer season if you want to have a trip. In summer you can even see glaciers (such as Zermatt) or go trekking.
Travel
Nearest airports are Milano Linate and Milano Malpensa about 50 mins from Como. Bergamo airport is approx 1½ hour drive from Como. Car rental is considered essential to enjoy your holiday.
Distances
Only 15 mins from Como city. 10 mins from the Swiss border. 45 mins from Milan. 20 mins from Menaggio.
The nearest supermarket is 10-15 mins drive, however there is a small shop in the centre of Brienno where you can buy essential foodstuff.
Further details
Highly recommended visits are Como city, surrounded by the mountains, it is easy to walk through its historical centre surrounded by medieval walls. You can admire very suggestive corners and lots of monuments such as the Gothic style Duomo and why not plenty of shopping! Como is the 'City of silk', so you will find silk shops and outlets as well as other dress shops with famous Italian designer clothes. Live music in the evening throughout all the summer period. Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo with its botanic garden. Villa Serbelloni in Bellagio, (on the other side of the lake), also reacheable by ferry-boat. Menaggio with its beautiful walk on the lake and its Golf Club. Casino in Campione d'Italia and Casino in Lugano (Switzerland). Boat trip around the lake - you can also eat on some boats. It is also possible to go trekking in the mountains, hire mountain bikes and practice water sports such as windsurf, water scooter and sailing. Evenings out: Don't miss an evening at the Birrificio Italiano in Como (the biggest in Italy) where you can taste a glass of genuine home made beer. Or if you prefer you can reserve a table in one of the many restaurants where they serve Mediterranean dishes of meat or fish, (also lake fish such as lavarello or pesce persico).

20% deposit is required at time of booking. Full payment required 12 weeks before the date of arrival. Damage deposit 200 euros or £150.
