Villa Pizzo d'Uccello (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2/4)

Ideal for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 children, this apartment has a beautiful sun terrace overlooking the swimming pool, gardens and mountains. There is a private entrance to the large veranda and the apartment is very quiet. Inside there is large double bedroom with a cradle;from living room it's possible to go up to a mezzanine where are two single beds ideal for children;living room, with sofabed and dining table; bathroom with shower. The kitchen has modern fittings including microwawe oven, gas hob and cooker, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is also a satellite TV, DVD player and radio,Wifi internet connection. The apartment has central heating. The terrace has loungers and a table and chairs, so you can eat al fresco.

Villa Pisanino (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4/5)

This modern, luxury apartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated throughout. Ideal for outdoor living, the kitchen and dining area open on to a large sun terrace offering panoramic views of the mountains and medieval villages. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other two singles. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with toilet, and there is also a family bathroom with bath and shower. The beautiful new kitchen has a combined oven and microwawe, convection hob, fridge and marble worktops. The apartment has wooden floors throughout, beautiful furniture and fittings, and satellite TV.

Notes on accommodation
Final cleaning: 35 euro. Washing machine: 3 euros each washing. The swimming pool is open from 01 June to 30 September.
All apartments kitchens have dishwasher, MW owen, electric hob,Wifi internet connection. Bed and bath linen are included.
All our guests can use our large swimming pool and play area for children.

Accessibility
The apartment "La Piana Est" has a double bedroom with a large bathroom for disabled people.This has its own approach slope via the side garden and is designed to accomodate a wheelchair. You can sit outside and enjoy your meals whilst admiring the fantastic scenery. There is also a large patio.

Outside
The swimming pool is shared and the size is 15 meters x 6 meters. Carlo and Silvia farm organically, producing olives, farro grain, chestnuts and vegetables in their kitchen garden. The surrounding gardens are particularly beautiful in spring and early summer, with colour and scent from the many rose bushes and peonies.

Skiing
Ski Resorts : Abetone (90 minutes by car), Cerreto (40 minutes by car). Carlo is also a professional italian Ski Instructor.

There are many low- cost flights from the UK on the following airlines. Pisa and Genova are the nearest airports (100km), and you can hire a car at a special rate through some airlines.

The Ligurian and Tuscan coast are close by, so you can explore the unspoilt fishing villages of the Cinque Terre, laze on the sandy beaches of La Versiliaor shop glamorous Portofino. The Garfagnana has many pretty medieval villages that hold colourful festivals in summer. You can sample the local cuisine and wine, listen to live music and dance the night away Italian style! Lucca is only 70km away and is well worth a day trip. Marvel at the medieval and renaissance architecture, take a bike ride around the city walls or simply pass the time of day in a pavement cafe', sipping a Prosecco.
