It is located 3 km away from the very picturesque village of Mercato Saraceno and just 1 hour away from a number of charming beaches or 45 mins. from San Marino. It is also very well situated to visit all the famous medieval towns like Urbino, San Leo. Also you can go to Venice or Firence by 1 day-trip. The house has sweeping views across the valley and the surrounding rolling hills. The amazing house benefits from a beautiful garden with different places to sit outside.

Flights operate daily from Stansted to Bologno and Rimini and from East Midlands to Rimini (normally during June - October). Car hire is essential and journey takes approx. 1 1/2 hours.

In the nearby village (3 km) there is a supermarket, news stand, fish shop, bank, butchery etc. There are many restaurants in the immediate vicinities with a delicious traditional italian kitchen. A number of beautiful medieval and art towns are easily reached for day tours: Urbino, San Marino, San Leo, Venice.
Booking notes
A 50% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking with the balance due 4 weeks before arrival. A security payment of £50 is also required against any possible damage and is refundable 7 days after completion of holiday.

About the owner
We are a Bavarian family andwe are emigrated in Italy 2005. We love to live in the South of Europe. We enjoy every day the fresh air, the nature, the Italian art to live etc. It´s a pleasure for us to live our personal dream. In Germany Alexandra has worked as an Assistant of the General Manager at Apple Computer and Manfred was a Sales Director. We changed our life completely and now we are working with animals, in the garden on the fields. The hostess of the country house, Alexandra, has a great passion for cooking. The host of the country house, Manfred, loves to work with the animals and is a "designer".
