The property consists of the main house with a fenced wine yard, the aia (farm yard) in front of the house and the well. The house has ancient origins and it was fully restored with eco-friendly and local material, the structure of the house was meticulously preserved. It is on the route of the old via francigena, the pilgrim route from Canterbury to Rome, and it is closed to the old roman bridge on the Magra River. Groppodalosio is the small medieval village where the house is. The property is facing south and has a beautiful panoramic view over the mountains, the valley and the village of Casalina. It is perfect for relaxing holidays and for city breaks but also to explore untouched areas of this part of Tuscany, full of charm and historical and landscape beauties, discovered only recently by tourists. In is in a central position also for visiting all famous cities and areas of Tuscany, and of Liguria as the national park of Cinque Terre.

The property is not easily accessible to people with mobility problems. There is a 100 meters walk from the parking site to the house and there are few steps to get to the house and steps inside the house

The house is surrounded by a fenced wineyard and has a beautiful panoramic large terrace. In front of the house the old farmyard where the weat used to be beaten. Available to guest are outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
