Casa Venturini is a traditional stone farmhouse with pool and stunning views over the Morra valley near Citta di Castello. Accommodation consists of first floor: large sitting room with televison, DVD player, 3 double bedrooms with bathroom and separate shower room. Ground floor: large kitchen/diner which opens on to a lovely terrace, 2 further single bedrooms and shower room and also a utility room with washing machine, dryer and fridge/freezer. Outside consists of a beautiful large garden with 3 terraces. There is a large pool with surrounding patio complete with poolhouse and barbecue area.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
On initial booking we would require a deposit of 40% of cost of holiday, with the final 60% being paid 8 weeks before the start of the holiday to be made along with a £175 breakages deposit. Please note all pricing includes cleaning and linen changes once a week, but not phone calls or central heating.
Changeover day
Saturday to Saturday - property would need to vacated at 9.00 am. Whilst arrival time is after 3.30pm.

Outside
Large private enclosed terraced garden, 3 separate terraces, 6m x 12m pool with surrounding patio, poolhouse with fridge, dining and barbecue area. The pool is open from May to the middle of October and cleaned once a week.
Coast/Beach
There are beaches at Ancona which is just over a 2 hour drive away.
Travel
Having a car is essential. Ryanair fly into Perugia Airport every Wed, Fri and Sunday, Perugia is just over 45 mins away. There are airports at Ancona (2hrs drive) Bologna/Forli (2hrs) Pisa (4hrs) Rome (2.5hrs).
Further details
Venturini is well positioned near to the Umbrian Tuscan border. Rome and Florence are easily accessible by train from Arezzo and Castiglion Fiorentino which are about 50 mins drive away. Morra has 2 village shops and a bar, it is 15 mins away from Trestina which is larger with bars cafes and a supermarket and 30 mins from Citta di Castello which is the main town in the area with many restaurants, bars, shopping and places of interest. Venturini is also near to Cortona about a 40 minute drive away, and medieval towns such as Montone and Monte Santa Maria Tiberina. Sansepolcro and Anghiari are two other places of interest to visit and both hold local festivals and musical events.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the cost of your holiday would need to be paid within 14 working days of making a reservation to confirm a booking, with the next 60% to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival together with a £175 breakages deposit, returned to you 4 weeks after your holiday. All payments need to be made by Bank Transfer only.
Cancellation Policy: Your deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations after 3 weeks you will only receive your breakages deposit.
