It has an independent kitchen area fully furnished with dishwasher, oven, microwave, and fridge with freezer; one bathroom with shower; independent laundry area with lavatory and washing machine. The apartment has all the furniture needed plus TV, DVD and air conditioning system. La Terrazza takes its name from the marvelous 34sqm private terrace that has a 360 degrees view of Florence; it is equipped with table and chairs, useful if you want to enjoy a romantic dinner over Florentine roofs. Living in apartment 'La Terrazza' allows you to have Florence in the palm of your hand.

Gas and electricity are not included (guest may choose to pay at consumption or with a forfeit offered by the owner). Extra charge for less than 1 week rentals (minimum 5-6 nights).
Extra charge for bookings on the 24th of June (fireworks event of San Giovanni festival) and for other festivals/holidays (Easter, Christmas, New Year Eve, etc.). Rates are subject to change without notice.

Accommodation

 

Notes on accommodation
In the living room there is a comfortable sofa. Nice studio corner on the middle-floor in front of a window on Florence: it has a useful desk with a lamp, a chair, and a library that we hope you will fill up with the books you would like to leave (as the tradition!).

Accessibility
La Terrazza is located on the top floor of a 3 floors old fashion building (no elevator). It also have some stairs inside (one ramp to get to the living room/bedroom open space and another ramp to get to the private terrace).

Coast/Beach
Nearest beach: Livorno 92 kilometres. Versilia, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are a little more than an hour from Florence.

Golf
Golf Club Ugolino at 16 Km: The clubhouse was built by Architect Gerardo Bosio who designed a structure fully functional and enjoyable to this day. It is one of the best examples of rationalist architecture and is cataloged and protected by the Department of Fine Arts. Ugolino is largely synonymous with Italian golfing history; on its fairways along the Via Chiantigiana many competitions and national championships have taken place and players of both national and international reputation have played there.

You will be surrounded by works of art and buildings of great historic and architectural prestige, which range in time from the medieval period to the XXth century. Michelangelo, Raffaello, Leonardo, Donatello, Botticelli, Giotto and Cimabue are just a few of the greatest artists of whom you can appreciate the works here. Placed along the Arno river, and surrounded by characteristic hills, Florence is also the perfect starting point for excursions in the marvelous Tuscan countryside. If you are not satisfied yet, the Versilia seaside is at just 1 hour by car.

Minimum stay: 1 week, depending on the period of the year (as a last minute 5-6 nights may be accepted, in same cases).
