Casa Elena - Sleeps 4

Casa Elena has a fully fitted kitchen with a dining area. A complimentary welcome pack awaits you and basic provisions are supplied - salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The lounge with a wood burning stove has a cd player, books, games and TV. A downstairs bedroom sleeps 2 people with french doors that lead out onto the terrace. There is a downstairs toilet with a washing machine. Upstairs the double bedroom has views over the garden and the valley. The separate bathroom has a shower cubicle. The private terrace with barbecue leads off from the lounge and is ideal for outdoor meals and enjoying a glass of wine.

Casa Maria - Sleeps 4

Casa Maria has a fully fitted dining kitchen complete with washing machine, fridge and oven and with a wood burning stove for the cooler evenings. This bright airy room overlooks the swimming pool and garden and has a cd player, games, books and a TV. A complimentary welcome pack awaits you and basic provisions are provided – salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two singles. The fully fitted bathroom has a shower cubicle. The private terrace with barbecue leads onto the swimming pool terraces.

Notes on accommodation
Bed linen included. Hairdryer provided. Children welcome and child travel cot available.

Outside
The swimming pool is open from May and is set in the garden where you can sunbathe and enjoy the views over the valley. After cooling down in the pool, laze in the hammock with a glass of the local Verdicchio. The swimming pool is shared by both houses but if you are lucky you may just have it to yourself!

Coast/Beach
For swimming or sunbathing you can choose between the long sandy beaches of Senagallia or the beautiful sheltered coves of the Conero Riviera both within 40 minutes drive.

Travel
The house is very well placed for visitors being just twenty minutes drive from Ancona airport along the SS76 Roma highway. There are daily flights from London Stansted or alternatively fly to Bologna, Forli or Pescara and then 2 hours drive by car. Also easily accessible by train from Rome 2.1/2 hours or from Bologna 2 hours. Car hire is recommended.

Further details
Casa Due Sorelle is just two minutes from the market town of Cupramontana in the centre of the Verdicchio wine growing region. There is a yearly wine festival held at the end of September. The town has supermarkets, banks, cafes, and restaurants plus a weekly market for all your shopping.
The area is ideal for sightseeing with numerous hilltop villages and the historic towns of Jesi, Loreto and Assisi within easy reach.
