It is part of a brand new complex containing two pools, two flood-lit tennis courts, children's play area and is located just 5 minutes walk through the resort to a beautiful expanse of sandy beach. The apartment is located just 5 minutes drive from San Lucido centro storico, a wonderful old town situated on a rocky outcrop jutting out above the Tyrrhenian sea. The beautiful old town has winding cobbled streets leading you out to a magnificent panorama looking out over the sea. There are restaurants, bars and pizzerias alongside all you would expect, such as supermarkets, pharmacies and a bank. The apartment boasts a large south facing front balcony as well as a second more shaded balcony, a perfect balance for sitting out in the Southern Italian sun.

The apartment is a first floor property and is accessed by a flight of stairs.
Outside
The property boasts a large front balcony facing south, which gets the sun all through the day. There is also a shaded rear balcony perfect for eating lunch in the midday heat. Both balconies have outdoor table and chairs. There are also two sun loungers.

Just 5 minutes walk along the complex leads you directly to the most beautiful expanse of sandy beach. The sea is wonderful for swimming in.

25kms north of the property at the San Michele Grand Hotel is a 9 hole golf course overlooking the sea.

Lamezia Terme airport is 53km away.
Naples is 290km by motorway from San Lucido.
Car hire is recommended to fully appreciate this wonderful part of Southern Italy, however not essential to enjoy the beach facilities of the apartment.
Distances
San Lucido is 1km away. Paola is 4km away and the Eurostar train stops at the station. Amantea is 20km from the apartment and the university town of Cosenza is 30km inland.
Further details
The San Lucido Beach Resort in which the apartment is located has restaurant and bar facilities and two communal swimming pools There is a children's play area and two floodlit tennis courts (there are two tennis racquet's in the apartment for use). Wireless internet access can be purchased at the 24 hour reception.
There is a wonderful private restaurant at the entrance to the resort within easy walking distance. There are also a multitude of eateries either in San Lucido town or all along the coast road. The town of San Lucido also has afull range of local amenities, shops, banks and pharmacies.
