Casa Bellavista is in the heart of the historical village of Civezza. The apartment is on the second floor and comprises kitchen opening onto small terrace. Lounge with stairs to mezzanine with two single beds. Bathroom and separate wc. Spacious double bedroom with extra sleeping area if required. There is a large terrace with ample room to eat and sunbathe and has fabulous views of the sea and surrounding countryside.

Changeover day
Weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday – check in is between 16:00 and 20:00 hours and check out by 11.00am (although this could be adjusted subject to prior agreement).

Coast/Beach
Closest beach is San Lorenzo 4km. There are many other beaches along the coastline at Imperia 24 kilometres of pleasure, from San Lorenzo to San Remo. A charming walking and cycle track built on the line of a disused railway line which runs for, almost the entire length of the coast, from San Lorenzo al Mare to San Remo. The 24 kilometres breathtaking stretch provides access to five kilometres of unreachable beaches. The path it is perfect for families and cyclists.

Skiing
Skiing at the historic town of Limone. Approx 1.5 hours.
Special interest holidays
There really is something for everyone within this enchanting region of Liguria. There is a beach for all tastes within only a short drive. Closest is San Lorenzo 4km where there is a public or private beach with plenty of bars and restaurants and play area for children free parking and a large supermarket close by. All beaches along the coast offer similar facilities and plenty of night-life.
Travel
How to get to Civezza.
By car: from Milan: Take the motorway A7 in the direction of Genova, and follow the signs towards Ventimiglia. Take the exit marked Imperia Ovest.
From Nice. Take the A10 to Genova and come off the motorway at Imperia Ovest. After leaving the motorway turn left and follow the signs towards San Lorenzo al Mare eventually on your right you find the turning for Civezza.
Distances
There are many surrounding villages within easy driving distance and the nearest town is Porto Maurizio 6km where there is an enclosed market and many banks shops hairdressers etc. Imperia is just a few kms further along where you can eat lunch at one of the many port side restaurants and watch the fishermen bring in their daily catch.
Further details
Liguria is world famous for its olive oil, and for those who would be interested, we can arrange a guide around a working mill and explain the procedure of producing the oil from the tree to the bottle. You will be able to purchase the oil straight from the mill. There are also many boat trips available, for example a whale watching trip of 5 hours out at sea to one of the areas where the dolphins and whales are known to gather.
