It comprises a kitchen-living room (with a table, four chairs and a two-person sofa-bed), a comfortable bathroom (bidet, shower, toilet) and a bedroom with twin beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed). The apartment is fitted with automatic central heating, air conditioning, a large refrigerator, washing machine and a fully-equipped, fitted oven, microwave, oven, kettle, coffeepot, ironing board, iron and hairdryer. There is also a scooter-parking space within the building available for the tenant's use.
