This beautiful apartment is situated in the best location of the historic centre of Spoleto, a charming medieval town in the centre of Italy. One and a quarter hour from Rome, half an hour from Perugia, and twenty minutes from Assisi. You will find 'Il Cantico' in a pretty corner, surrounded by a mixture of narrow alleys, steps and the boundary wall. The home has splendid view of 'Chiostro di San Nicolo' and is very luminous. Downstairs there is a sitting room a kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a studio and a bathroom all with beams. All the furniture reflects the antique atmosphere of Spoleto, with its theatres, churches and monuments. We would like to say that people with handicap are always welcome, but the home is on different levels, with a few steps here and there. Everyone who has stayed in Il Cantico has always returned because it's difficult to forget such a mystic atmosphere!

The nearest airport is Rome Fiumicino at 150 kms.
Railway station is 5 minutes walking.
Nearest motorway junction is Terni at 20 kilometres.
The car is not necessary.
Distances
There is a big choice of villages and places of interest like Perugia (50kms), Assisi (40kms), Trevi (20kms). But you need to visit Spoleto. Spoleto is full of monuments, theatres and churches. During the Two Worlds Festival there are a lot of shows.
