Notes on prices
30% of the booking amount has to be paid when the booking has been made. The rest will be paid at the arrival date. Then we will also ask for a deposit of € 200,- and the cleaning costs of € 70,-.a week. ( € 100,- for 2 weeks) Water, gaz and electricity are included. In winter gaz is excluded
( € 1,- per m3).
Changeover day
Weekly rental goes from Saturday to Saturday. Check in: 4-8 pm. Check out: 10 am.

The apartment 'La Piazzetta' is on the ground floor of Ca' Pisani facing Piazza Venezia. It has access to garden and the swimming pool through a separated iron-gated entrance. The interiors show an exclusive architectural design with attention to details. From the front door one enters into a hallway with original brick walls and affrescos illuminated from the ground by modern LED lights. On the right the hallway leads to a living room with original vaults form the XVth century. The living room faces Piazza Venezia. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room with modern stainless steel appliances and dining table with chairs overlooking the garden. The master bedroom faces the garden, has a double bed, a walk-in-closet. The second bedroom has splendid views on the garden and surroundings, two single beds and a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a modern shower, a large sink, a WC, a bidet and a washing machine. The apartment has access to wireless internet and satellite TV. |

The apartment 'Il Mulino' is on the garden level of Ca' Pisani and it can be accessed through a separate iron-gated entrance. It has a beautiful and relaxing sunbathed terrace which overlooks and has a direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. The interiors show an exclusive architectural design with attention to details. From the front door one enters into a bright living room which opens into the terrace and into a separate dining area with a specially designed table. The kitchen is very stylish with modern stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom opens on the terrace and has a double bed, a walk-in-closet, and a desk with wireless internet access. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a stone wall with a built-in bookshelf and satellite TV. The bathroom has stone walls, a modern shower, a large sink, a WC, a bidet and a washing machine. |

Accessibility
Access with car and private parking available. For the apartment 'La Piazetta' and 'Il Mulino' there are a few steps. To reach the apartment 'Il Faudo' there is a staircase. Not suitable for wheelchairs.
Outside
In the swimming pool and garden area there is a table with 4 chairs and an umbrella.
Furthermore there are sun chairs and beds. The swimming pool and garden area can only be used only by the guests staying in Ca' Pisani.

San Lorenzo al Mare at 4km. Nearest private and public beaches at San Lorenzo al Mare. Many restaurants available. Charming walking and cycling track all along the sea. Bike rental.

Travel
Nice Airport at 60km.
Genova Airport at 90km.
From the airport there are trains to Imperia/Porto Maurizio (6 km to Civezza), but car hire is recommended.
Distances
Internationally renowned cities like Sanremo, Bordighera, Alassio and Monaco can be reached within 30 minutes. Culture cities like Genova and Nice are at a one hours' drive, but can also be easily reached by train.
There is however a lot to discover closeby. Medieval villages and towns amidst the olive trees or with spectaculair sea views. To name just a view: Cervo, the medieval part of Porto Maurizio called Parasio, Diano Castello, Albenga, Taggia and the artist place Bussana Vecchia.
