Booking notes
Rates are per week unless otherwise indicated and include electricity, water, weekly change of linen and final cleaning. Extra charges for telephone, central heating (which is expensive in Italy) the cost goes from 26 - 78 euros per day according to the size of the house, wood for fireplace. Payment 50% of the rent is to be paid at the moment of booking. The remaining 50% is due upon arrival.
Security deposit upon arrival we ask our guests to make out a cheque for 260 - 520 euros depending.
