The residence is composed of 22 flats. Each has two bedrooms, one living room with a kitchenette, one bathroom and a balcony if on the first floor, or a porch if on the ground floor. Each apartment is elegantly furnished and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. In the residence there is also a two floor "Club House" which is composed of an office, reception, bar, large room for the use of all guests, health and beauty centre. The park, leading directly to the lake, offers a large and climatised swimming pool, a children's pool, an amusement park for the children. In the entrance of the residence there is a car park which is large enough to meet with the hosts needs. Regarding the architecture and the materials used, the building has been conceived with a particular focus on the environment that surrounds it.

Notes on accommodation
The residence is located in the centre of the Idro’s Lake, right on the beach, with the lake surrounded by the mountains as the landscape. The view from the residence is wonderful: the Dolomiti of Brenta, the little Dolomiti valsabbine, the mountains of the Valvestino and the Bresciane Pre-Alps. Moreover, the residence is located in the middle of some of the major Italian natural parks: Park of the Adamello, Park of the Alto Garda, Park of the Giudicarie.
