A marvellous house at the foot of the mountain ‘Monte Monaco’, at about 150 metres from the seashore, nearby the old tuna fishing-building ‘Tonnara del Secco’. We don’t like to call it a 'villa', it’s a house (‘una casa’, as is it called in Italian). The house is comfortable, has sea views, is surrounded by a typical Mediterranean garden with bougainvilleas, olive trees and Hibiscus, which gives the possibility to stay outside 24 hours, to eat around the big marble-table, to prepare the barbecue or just simply to sit and read a book, taking some sunshine after a swim in the nearby sea or after having taken a fresh shower. The house is situated between San Vito lo Capo (3km) and the fantastic natural reserve of ‘Lo Zingaro’. The town of San Vito offers one of the most appreciated sandy beaches of Sicily and during the evening you can have an aperitif or Sicilian diner in one of the many restaurants along the main street. The villa is ideal for 1 or 2 families or for a group of friends.

150m from seashore. Rocky coast with 2 created concrete platforms. Few people and ideal for relaxing, swimming and snorkeling. 300m to nearby antique tuna station (Tonnara). Long sandy beach (ideal for small children) at 3km (San Vito lo Capo).

Circa 65km to Airport of Trapani. Circa 90km to Airport of Palermo. Car hire essential.

3km to San Vito lo Capo. 12km to Lo Zingaro Natural Park. Erice and Trapani at 38km. Segesta (Greeck temple and theatre) 65km. Palermo 112km.

All necessary needed to pass an unforgettable holiday can be found at close distance to the house. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks, post office, boutiques at San Vito lo Capo. Further at San Vito possibilities to rent a bike, scooter, boat, windsurf, diving, tennis, cinema and boat-excursion to ‘Lo Zingaro’ natural park with gorgeous small wooden boats.
Booking notes
At the moment of booking, 30% deposit of the rent is required in account by bank transfer. The remaining amount will be paid at the check in, with a caution deposit of 200 euros. The caution will be given back at the check out.
Important: we offer 1 reservoir of 8000 litre of water at arrival. This is okay for example for 4 persons for 1 week or more. All extra water is extra cost for the people who rent the house and is paid at the end of the holiday. 35 euros per 8000 litre water extra.
