Changeover day
Arrival: Sunday from 4pm. to 6pm. Late arrivals information 24hrs prior to arrival. Departures Sunday before 9.30am.

Corinna (Studio, Sleeps 2)

Apartment Corinna (2 sleeps) is a picturesque one-roomed flat with kitchenette, living/dining room with satellite TV and full-sized double sofa bed, one bathroom with shower.

Ilaria (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2/4)

Apt. Ilaria (2+2 sleeps) is made of one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, roomy kitchen with living/dining room with satellite TV and 2 full-sized single sofa beds.

Micol (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2/4)

Apt. Micol (2+2 sleeps) is made of one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a roomy kitchen with living/dining room with satellite TV and one full-sized double sofa bed.

Pets are not allowed.

Outside
Barbecue, wood-oven, shared laundry facilities and mountain bikes are at guests' disposal.

Travel
Car hire is recommended. Ancona (Ryanair) 2 hours by car.
Rome Ciampino (Ryanair EasyJet) 2 and a half hours by car.
From December 2006 Ryanair will connect London Stansted to Perugia S.Egidio airport.

In the heart of Menotre Valley, the Residence is a real haven of peace and the perfect base for pleasant cultural trips. It is also a convenient touring base for those wishing to explore the spectacular show of nature: you can take a walk or riding a horse in the country (riding school: 3km), or rock climbing 7km away from the Residence up to enjoying the beauty of the valleys doing rafting or canyoning on impetuous torrents and rivers just 30km away.

'We couldn't get enough of Roman/medieval Umbrian cities, so we decided to stay here, with Spello, Spoleto, Bevagna and other cities within reach. When you drive to Spoleto, choose the way to Molini/Pettino: it will give a wonderful sight over the valley - and an impression of the way villages grow in this relatively silent part of Italy.
Umbria recovered wonderfully from the earthquakes in 1997/98. There is, however, still a lot to do. We enjoyed our stay, love your cities & your people'.
