Accessibility
Please note the villa is extremely spacious spread over 3 floors. Stairs within the apartment may deem the property unsuitable for elderly, inform or young children.

Coast/Beach
3 minutes drive from lake front with shingle beach, bars & restaurants. 10-15 minutes walk. Golden sand beach 10 minutes drive which becomes a sophisticated night spot of an evening.

Golf clubs available 30 minutes either side of the villa.

1.5 hours from ski resorts in Northern Italy (eg. Madesimo) and Switzerland (eg. St Moritz).

Travel
The villa is easily reachable via Milan Linate or Milan Malpensa 1 hour or from Bergamo 1.5 hours. Full directions supplied on request or with every booking. Car hire not essential but strongly recommended to fully enjoy the lake.

0.6 Miles from Argegno town. 50 Minutes from Milan. 40 Minutes from Monza (Grand Prix). 20 Minutes from Como town (main town on lake).
