Il Paradiso is located only a few minutes from the small hill village of Trevi, which has managed to preserve its mediaeval character. Il Paradiso is a former farm from the 16th century which was run until 1980. Chiefly olive oil and sheep's cheese were produced. Still today you can view yourself the oil mill which is in its original state. The estate was renovated, and refurbished in the years 2000 and 2005. There is a shared washing machine.

Il Contadino is on the ground floor and on the first floor. It has a big living/dining room with kitchen and a fireplace. 3 double beds, 1 room with a single bed and 2 bathrooms. Heating. All the rooms with nets, you can sleep at night with open windows. On the second floor is a tower with a terrace from where you have a beautiful outlook. The house have a private washing machine. There is a hairdryer and a iron. |

Casa Pastore (2+1 bedroom, sleeps 6)

Casa Pastore 1 bedroom with a double bed + 1 bedroom with a sofabed, 1 double bed at the Galerie in the first floor. At the ground floor is a nice kitchen with tables and cheers and a sofabed. There are 2 nice bathroom with shower and bidet. The house has heating. Before the house, there are seats and a grill-place. |

Notes on accommodation
It consists of one holiday house and 5 holiday flats, all entrances face a large inner courtyard were you will find several seating areas, and a spot for a barbecue.
From there you can get to the marvellous swimming pool (13m x 7 m) which is located at a lower level protected by a traditionally laid rock wall.
From all flats you have a marvellous view towards Trevi, and into the valley Valle Umbria. Small pets are accepted, the cost is 5,00 Euro per day.
The linen and towels are 7 euros for person.
Outside
A garden with splendid views, tables and chairs are at the inner corner. The large garden is shared but is easily big enough to ensure sufficient privacy for everyone. There is also a fireplace outside. Panoramic big swimming pool (13m x 8m). When the weather is good the pool is open till the end of September!
Coast/Beach
140km distance from the nearest beach. Lago Trasimeno is 50 minutes by car. Lago di Bolsena is 1 and half hour's by car.
Travel
Nearest airport Perugia S. Egidio 25km, there coming 3 times at the week flights from London with ryanair. Ancona (Ryanair) - (1 hour 45 mins by car, about the same by train). Rome Fiumicino (2.5 hours by car, roughly same by train). Rome Ciampino (2.5 hours by car). Rome centre about 1 hour 40 mins by fast train. From the airport Pisa is it 3 hours.
Distances
Only 2 minutes to Trevi. A short drive to Assisi, Spoleto and the lesser-known jewels of Montefalco, Bevagna and Spello, a little further to Perugia, Todi, Lake Trasimeno, the Cascata delle Marmore waterfalls. Hiking in nearby mountains. Excellent Trevi Dop olive oil and 1 olive-oil museum and the flash art museum.
Further details
The flats were lavishly renovated, and furnished lovingly in great detail. Marvellously restored furniture from the family property have been integrated. Those who know the unloving way in which the typical Italian holiday homes usually are furnished, will be enthusiastic about the tastefully and stylishly furnished flats, which is reflected eg. by the lovely pastel-colored walls, high-grade bathrooms, purposefully employed illumination elements and spotlights.
There are many restaurants and Pizzeria, small shops, banks, post office, bars... Wine: Rosso di Montefalco, Sagrantino, truffles you can buy very cheap.You can find a new Gym and Wellness Centre 10 minutes by car. A lot of nice fashion stores offer Foligno and Spoleto.

We can hold an option for you for three days. Reservations are guaranteed after receipt of a 50% deposit (non-refundable). The balance must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival. Extra cleaning by arrangement. There is a shared washing machine. The price for linen and towels for person is 7 euros.
