The strength of this beautiful apartment is its location, no more than 50 meters from wonderful Riva degli Schiavoni, very close to San Marco square, to Palazzo Ducale and the Basilica, just one vaporetto (water bus) stop from San Giorgio island, from the Salute church, from the Tadao Ando new museum, just three stops from the Gallerie dell'Accademia, from the Biennale Exhibition (opposite direction) and generally very close to all the most interesting and famous cultural sites. But at the same time it is also located in one of the more traditional, typical and characteristic sestiere (quarter) in Venice: Castello, with a lot of very good restaurants and trattorias (Remigio, Corte Sconta, Al Covo are among the best in Venice and they are all at just few steps from your apartment), or really old and veracious bars, osterias and 'bacari', if you are also food and wine lovers (like I am!). It is also very close to all the shops you could need!

Nice apartment, perfect for 2 but fully equipped for 4 people, it has a double bedroom and a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room. Bathroom with separate shower, WC, bidet, hair drier and clothes drier. The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, a little oven, fridge, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, and all the cooking utensils and pots, saucepans and dishes you could need. Air conditioning mobile unit and internet wifi or lan connection are also provided. A lovely terrace, suitable for having outdoor breakfasts, lunches or dinners is the plus of the unit. Towels and linen are provided and included in the rates. Internet USB ADSL connection on request, 7€/day extra. |

Notes on accommodation
The two apartments are next door one each other so they could be perfect if you are a group up to 9 people.
Coast/Beach
You can easily and quickly reach the beaches, about 2 km/20 minutes far.
Golf
You can reach the Lido Alberoni Golf Club in about 30-40 minutes.
Special interest holidays
We would suggest a "different" way to know Venice with very special perspective city tours, just ask!

Further details
The apartment is very very close to all the shops you could need: supermarkets, butcher's, greengrocers, bakeries, one fishmonger's, wine shops, pharmacy, are really just behind the corner. You can easily reach the apartment from Marco Polo airport taking the Alilaguna boat service that will bring you to San Zaccaria stop, very close to the apartment, in about 1 hour, or from Santa Lucia train station or buses and cars terminal Piazzale Roma with the vaporetto (water bus) line (1) also to San Zaccaria stop. We will be happy to advise you about other ways to reach the apartment if you will need it.
