It's very nice to talk with the guests about our beautiful region and give them the best helpful information for visiting it. I like suggest the best of the local food (pasta, risotto and gnocchi) or wine of Colli Berici.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We bought this property because has a little private garden with patio and we thought it will be comfortable for the holiday of a little party of 2/4 people. Costozza is a very charming village, reach of history, that we loved so much since the first time we saw it 20 years ago. It's also called "The pearl of Berici" and it's true, it's a real pearl! The Berici are the hills nearby Vicenza.
Unique benefits of the property
You can reach Venice by train in half an hour, parking the car at the rail station of Grisignano di Zocco. Costozza is located in the country side, at 15 km from the city centre of Vicenza and it's a perfect departure for the visit to Venice, Verona, Garda Lake and Dolomiti. This apartment, at the ground floor of a residence is in a quiet street, close to markets and shops. There are many good restaurants reaching with a short walk.
