This part of a good-looking cluster of white and pastel coloured houses, known as Baia Residence, has been built by an energetic business man from Rome, who has set new aesthetic standards for this area.
These pretty and well-designed terraced houses are perched on top of a hill right above the sea, with the most amazing panoramic views.
The property is split into handsome apartments, which have been lovingly designed and offer a variety of accommodation types and sizes. Due to the hillside position, the apartments were arranged on two levels on a slope with privacy and sea views in mind. The smaller apartments on the upper level have their patios and entrances facing East (Posada Bay) and balconies off the bedrooms facing West (Budoni Bay).
The west facing apartments are arranged over two levels and are suitable for 4-6 people with a sleeping gallery/bedroom above the living area, the smaller apartments are laid out on one floor and sleep 2-4 people.

Outside
Swimming Pool (shared) with children’s pool & sun beds , open approx. Beginning/Mid May to Mid October subject to weather conditions. (Children must be supervised at all times by an adult swimmer) Just a 5 - 10 min stroll to the nearest sandy beach with crystal clear blue water and about 5 min drive to the charming village of Tanaunella, which has a small but excellent selection of restaurants, 2 supermarkets and a pharmacy.
Coast/Beach
The peaceful seaside hamlet of Baia Sant' Anna is a 5 min drive to the village of Tanaunella which has 4 restaurants, 2 beach restaurants, 2 supermarkets and a pharmacy. Within 7 mins drive, one reaches the small town of Budoni with its fabulous long white sandy beaches flanked by fragrant pine forests. Budoni has a great selection of restaurants (from simple pizzeria to excellent restaurants), supermarkets, local 'Sarda' produce shops, ice cream shops, locals bars, Dive centre, shops etc.
Golf
Golf Club Pevero is an 18 hole, 6.150 m, Par 72 course in
Cala di Volpe near Porto Cervo (about an hours drive from the apts)facilites inlclude, practice field, putting green, golf academy, pro shop, bar, restaurant & equipment hire. Green fees are from 50 Euros (mid week, low season) to 200 Euros (week-end, high season).

Olbia Airport (Easyjet, Jet2, Meridiana): ~25-30 min drive.
