This 4 bedroom property is situated in 2 acres of land in the lovely southern Italian area of Puglia, which is quickly becoming the sharp stiletto of Europe's stylish shoe. Numerous olive and fruit trees cover this peaceful area and a large pool and lovely jacuzzi provide you with added luxury. The accommodation sleeps up to 8 with a pull-out bed in the lounge for 2 further guests. The villa/trullo comprises of a large dining/sitting area, well equipped kitchen with modern facilities, 3 good size bedrooms - 2 having double beds and the other having 2 singles plus a double bedroom in the Trullo and a bathroom. The Trullo is separate from the Villa and benefits from a feature fireplace and en-suite with shower. Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the whole property (villa and trullo-private booking where you will never be asked to share with other residents) per week in UK Pounds or Euros. Price includes water, electric, gas and pool maintenance. A deposit (in cash) of £150 is required and this should be handed to our agent on arrival. Discount for long winter lets. Please enquire. Maximum of 10 persons.
Changeover day
Saturday changeover, but we can be flexible out of peak season. Check in times are after 4pm on the day of arrival and check out times are 11am on the day of departure.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels (except beach) are provided and a maid will visit the villa once a week. A welcome pack is also provided free of charge on your arrival. We have agents in place to show you into the villa and give you total comfort during your stay. |
Notes on accommodation
Long drive with large parking area. Secure grounds with fenced wall and gate which makes it safe for children. Please note there is no fence around the pool. Fans in most rooms. Mosquito nets on all doors and windows. Good wheelchair access. Full gas central heating is also available for the cooler months, usually from the end of October to the beginning of April, at a cost of £50 per week. This is paid locally and will be taken from the security deposit.

Outside
Private swimming pool (12m x 6m) 1.4m - 3m deep with a jacuzzi and shower, which is set within 2 acres of fruit trees and an olive grove. Inside and outside dining. Patio Furniture including parasols. 2 pizza/BBQ ovens. Outside kitchen with work surfaces. Additional outside shower.
Coast/Beach
The nearest coast is approximately 15-20 minutes away and the property is conveniently placed for all attractions, including golf courses and the famous Grotte di Castellana and Zoo Safari/Theme park at Fasano. Alberobello is also only a short drive away.
Golf
Puglia is a great golfing escape in winter and summer, with four excellent courses which are perfect for a one or two week playing break. Villa Marianna is conveniently placed for all. Excellent 5 star luxury Golf resort and spa near the fishing village of Savelletri near Fasano, which is mid-way between Bari and Brindisi. San Domenico golf course is approx 30 minutes away from the Villa/Trullo.

Travel
The property is less than 35 minutes from Brindisi airport and just over an hour from Bari. It is situated in the countryside, within 10 minutes of Ceglie Messapica and Ostuni. Car hire is essential.
Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged at reasonable rates.

Alberobello - Puglia has the unique Trulli, which can be found in abundance in Alberebello. This rural architecture has made the town of Alberobello a UNESCO World Heritage site. Alberobello is at the heart of Trulli land, with over a thousand of these stone cone-roofed buildings in the famous Valle d'Itria.
Around Alberobello the local landscape is of vineyards and olive groves, dry-stone walled fields are characteristic of Alberobello and with its surrounding forests it was given its name, the beautiful tree.
Cisternino - situated in the land of the trulli which is visited every year by many tourists. Cisternino offers a sun-drenched charm and stands on a small hill from where the eye sweeps over both Locorotondo and the Itria valley dotted with white trulli standing amid the green trees and cultivated fields. Cisternino has been awarded the accolade of being one of fifteen of Italy’s most beautiful old towns. Cisternino has something of a reputation as a town of gastronomy with no shortage of restaurants and trattorias, which set their tables out in the narrow whitewashed streets and piazzas. You can stroll in the evening where you will find charming restaurants almost hidden in the pretty narrow walkways.
Ceglie Messapica - a small messapian town with its old town consisting of white little terraced houses and staircases winding into narrow rolling streets. Places to visit: Square Norman-Swabian tower, Church of St. Nicholas with an important sculture of the Madonna and Child, Madonna d'Ibernia Sanctuary.
Ostuni - this is a town where numerous archeological findings have been made. Known as the 'White city' as it glows day and night. The old town offers a spectacle of winding staircases, narrow streets, beautiful arches and natural balconies, with sea views.
Booking notes
Upon confirming your booking, via the owners website(see below), a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount must be sent within 7 days, otherwise your booking option will automatically be released. You will be given one further option for 7 days, on request. Your reservation will be confirmed on receipt of your deposit. The balance must be paid in full, no later than 8 weeks before departure. A refundable security deposit (in cash) of £150 is required on arrival.
