The detached villa is in a unique position: it is not only in the first row at the sandy beach of Torre delle Stelle (Gennemari) but is slightly higher, on a park-like grounds of approximately 8000sqm. Exclusive and quiet you can not live at all. From the villa you have a panoramic view of almost 360° on the beach and the sea. The private access to the child-friendly sandy beach is easily over rock steps through the garden. Notes on accommodation
Ceiling fans, air conditioning and retractable mosquito nets are also in place for maximum comfort during the warmest months, while an indoor fireplace and portable heaters provide cosiness during the cooler ones. The villa is very well equipped and guests will also have a certain amount of consumables at their disposal. A pram, a highchair and other equipment for babies and young children are available on request. Sorry, no pets are allowed in the villa or in its garden.
Accessibility
Due to its unique location the villa has one indoor and a few outdoor staircases which might not be suitable for people with certain disabilities.
Outside
The garden of 8000sqm is very beautiful, there is a car park for three cars with a roof, the private (mini) tennis court, many garden furniture with a swing hammock, ping-pong table. BBQ, a terrace of 30sqm in front of the villa with a beautiful sea view, another terrace near by the bungalow with sea view, indirect garden lighting also for the steps, a shower with warm water outside.
Coast/Beach
The gently sloping, sandy shores of Torre delle Stelle's two beaches (Cannesisa and Genn e Mari) are very safe for children. Genn'e Mari is close to the villa and it can be reached in one minute. Cannesisa is only a short drive away less than 10 minutes from the villa.
Golf
Located only 20 minutes drive from Torre delle Stelle, Villasimius is located in the golf course: 'Big Foot Golf'. The 18-hole course opened in May 2007. The facility is located just outside the resort overlooking the sea park area Protetta Marina di Capo Carbonara. It covers an area of approximately 40 hectares with 18 holes and has standard 70th The overall length is 5.650m. The courses are for experienced golfers and beginners a challenge also good practice facilities: large putting and pitching green and practice bunker.
Please note: The clubhouse was not opened yet. Level: beginner / advanced, 18-hole golf course, par 70, 5650 m. Opening hours: May to October.
Direction Cagliari can be reached in a quarter of the golf course: Sa Tanca Golf. The approximately 30-acre facility offers 9 exciting and varied.
Travel
The nearest airport is Cagliari (Elmas, in one hour), also possible to arrive in Alghero or Olbia, from where it is an easy 2.5 - 3 hour drive.
Distances
Cagliari is 30km away and Villasimius is 15km away. Villasimius is a charming seaside town full of restaurants, ice cream parlours, bars and clubs. In the summer it comes to life with tourists and is often host to free open air music and entertainment shows. It also has famous evening flea market where you can buy souvenirs as well as traditional Sardinian food.
Further details
The property is ideal for people wishing to have a relaxing holiday. The proximity to the beach gives you complete flexibility to come and go from the villa as you please. The shops, restaurants and supermarkets are within short walking distance and make Torre Delle Stelle a self contained resort.
If you do want a change of scenery you can always travel to the town of Villasimius which is only a 20 min drive away and is famous for its nightlife and summer entertainment.

Andrea Nelle born in Düsseldorf, Germany in 1964. Studied the teaching profession at university for the subjects German language-literature and social science, during which she worked for five years as deputy managing director in a Hotel/Restaurant. Visited Sardinia on a student exchange program, has lived there since 1997.
